Splendid cut, Lewis always listens to what I want, and remembers what I like and don’t like. Very happy with the service I get, and always happy with the end result.

I love TONI&GUY Wigan. I have been to various TONI&GUY salons over the years having moved around the north west but no where is friendlier than the Wigan salon. I have recently seen Sam for my hair and she is always so lovely and chatty. Just like all the rest of your staff.

Great experience as always! Madison is a fabulous stylist. She listens to the client and offers her professional advice. I always leave the salon feeling like a new woman after a fantastic pampering session! I look on Madison not only as my stylist now but also as a really good friend!

Arrived at appointment time at 10.00 proceeded to sit for a further hour before my treatment actually started. Got an apology and explained that previous customer took longer than was expected. Was quoted on previous appoint around £128 charged £168 that is a lot more than I was expecting. I would have thought that the hour delay could have warranted a discount or voucher as if I was an hour late i would not have had my hair cut. I have had no previous problems. When told originally it would be 10 mins then to have to wait a further 50 mins before anyone came back to me. Very disappointed

Jenna was great. I showed her a photo of a style I liked and she told me what she could and couldn't achieve based on my current style.
She told me how to move my parting to better achieve the results I wanted.

Was a bit unhappy with my last cut my someone else and Jenna did a great job and I'm very happy with my cut. Really friendly staff all around.

Lovely atmosphere in the branch, very friendly staff, Hazel is so lovely. Jenna easy to chat to, friendly and understanding of cut I wanted, did a great job, just what I asked for. Oh and really nice coffee too !

A fantastic experience. Full head highlights, treatments , great cut by Linda. Very pleased with results. Even having my hair washed was a relaxing experience, heavenly. ?

Upon arrival was greeted by a lovely receptionist. Then shown to my chair . Lewis came over so friendly and bubbly. Went through all my options I was nervous as I hadn't been to this salon before. All the staff made me feel welcome. From start to finish I received a 5 star treatment. Love my hair already booked my next 2 appointments xxx

Everything was explained masks & hand gel provided, lots of hand gel available, staff also wearing face guards. The salon was very clean . No magazines because of covid, that’s understandable.
Good music, usual friendly staff. I felt safe & secure.
It was as “normal “ as possible in this covi crazy world , really great. I have already booked for my Christmas appointment, and will go again before then.

Lovely lady however didn’t realise took a chunk out of back of my hair, appreciate things happens but she should of pointed it out rather family then work colleagues mentioning it , obviously I didn’t it was at the back, no grudges just disappointed . If I had been made aware I would if simply said shave closer the other side
