The service is always excellent! My pamper session always starts with a friendly greeting, which is followed up by excellent advice, a hair colour that I love from Steph and a great cut by Maddie. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy with my hair! I would not hesitate to recommend the team.

Colourist very busy, she was constantly having to check on other clients colours by other members of staff who may have been training. Also there seems to be a difference between the times that are allocated when you have your hair washed. Some people seem to be rushed and others seemed to have a longer, more relaxed time, not sure again if this due to the salon not seeming to have enough staff. Also massage chairs may need to be looked at as they seemed ineffective. Staff are pleasant but when your paying quite a lot of money for your hair to be done, as the prices are quite steep, maybe either have more staff who can colour hair so they are not interrupted as much, or allow the staff longer times for appointments so they don't feel as rushed and the client doesn't have to feel their sharing their appointment time with someone else.

I have been a client for many years and have never been disappointed . Linda and her team always provide each client with a professional, personal and high quality service.

I choose Toni&Guy Wigan because of the excellent standard of hairdressing and friendly atmosphere. Madison is my stylist and I always receive a brilliant haircut and an all round quality service.

Tried many different salons and finally found one that gives me the hair that I want. Super quick... no waiting around.. excellent service and wxceklent staff. Re-booked and looking forward to next time.....

I love my trips to this salon. They make me feel like part of the family. The lovely Steph who always produces amazing colours and the wonderful Linda who gives me a brilliant cut and blow dry. There was way too much dye left on skin/hairline, it looks silly.

Also, my tint was left on too long after the time I was told, twice! As a result, my hair is a lot darker than I asked for

I came into Toni and Guy Wigan today for my colour done today and walked out feeling like Cinderella???? I had my hair coloured and cut with Madison and Danielle. I absolutely love the colour and have had soma hair compliments. Danielle has done an amazing job with the cut, was so presiice and gave me excellent product advice. Lewis and Olivia gave me an amazing experience within the salon, Lewis washed my hair and was very thourough and gave me the best head massage I've ever had. Olivia was very attentive and made me feel very special. I will defiantly come back. Thank you to the amazing team at Toni and Guy Wigan, You guys defiantly deserve a hell of a raise!!
