It was such a relief to go back and get my lockdown hair cropped! Lewis did exactly what I asked for and it was great to catch up with him and hear of his lockdown adventures. The salon looks amazing since its socially distancing upgrade and I felt totally comfortable that I was in safe hands. Great experience as always

Having entered the salon post lockdown, with various shades of grey, orange and blonde, thanks to the wonderful Lewis, I left the salon with the most beautiful shade of rose gold hair. It’s taken me a little time to get used to it, but I really love it! Thank you so much Lewis for your patience and colour expertise. You’re a star ?

Been going to Linda for years now. Always does a fab job with my hair. How she and the team are working in the current situation is fantastic. An amazing team...felt really looked after.

Lewis’s kind manner, professionalism and great cut meant the world to me today. I’ve lost my Dad to coronovirus so I was nervous coming into the salon, but the PPE on offer and social distancing made me feel so safe.
Lewis listened to what I wanted, gave me a great haircut, and let me have time to myself for the first time since March.

The modifications to the salon have been tastefully done. I felt completely safe from booking in at reception, being given my PPE pack along with help on how to use it through to payment at the end. The haircut as usual was perfect and I had a lovely chat with Darren.

Lewis gave me the haircut I’ve been trying to achieve for months! He understood exactly what I wanted, took my hairs texture and how I like to style it into consideration and gave me the perfect cut. I loved that he explained everything he was doing to me, and taught me so much. I’ve always hated salons and the whole hair cutting experience but that totally changed for me today. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and can’t thank Lewis enough for what he’s done for me!

Lovely experience as always, only issue was had to wait longer than my appointment to be seen, but this wasn't Olivia fault, Olivia listen to what I wanted, and nothing was to much trouble for her!!, felt at ease throughout the visit, and went away with the results I wanted.

Not sure if the ladies name is Linda (bobbed hair aged 46, I k ow bc we shared our ages ha ha). In error I came 30 minutes late for my appointment, the lady fitted me in with no drama whatsoever and did a fantastic job with the colour. Conscientious not to dye my hairline bc I was going out and ensured I was taken care of throughout the appointment. Grateful she went the extra mile for me, it made me feel like a valued customer. The young lass who blow dryed my hair was a little diamond, really tried her best to get as much lift in my hair as she could. Great team effort all round including the yound lad who put my towel on. A fantastic customer experience. Thank you.
