From start to finish I was made to feel so relaxed, kirsty and Kelly were very professional. They talked me through my cut as I was going from shoulder length to a short cut. I am absolutely thrilled with my hair. All the girls make you feel special. Highly recommend Aura.

Went to Lowri today to do a balayage and once again she was phenomenal! I explained what I wanted to do with regarding my hair and she knew exactly what to do. We also discussed what to do regarding my hair for my wedding next year and what the plan is now regarding to getting it cut etc. Great atmosphere and lovely cuppa and chat! Thanks Lowri!!

I did initially book Marcus and only had Adam by accident. He’s cuts my hair, talks me to death, then I leave. But on the whole, does an amazing job. Nah, in all fairness - Adam is amazing at what he does and will always make sure I’m satisfied.

After nearly 3 years and previous bad experiences at various salons, on the spur of the moment I called into Aura and asked about highlights. Lowri greeted me, chatted about options, did a patch test and booked me in for 2 days later. On the day we chose a colour and I decided to have a full head of foils. A young lady was also having her hair done and we all chatted away, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff are so friendly and down to earth. Lowri did a fabulous job on my hair and I'm really pleased I called in. I'll definetly be going back because I think I've found my new hairdresser! Thanks ladies, you're all beautiful. Annie xx
