I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but I had my second cut with Marcus today and I gotta say he is brilliant. Not just his skill either (which is clearly second to none), but he's a genuinely nice guy and easy to chat with.
I used to dread hair cut day, it's up there with dentist appointments in my book, until I met Marcus that is. Now it's a nice experience that I actually look forward to, never thought I'd say that!
Excellent customer service. Friendly and welcoming. Always get a 5 star treatment. Be back in a few days for nail extensions. Highly recommend

I was recommended by a friend of mine to try Aura. It wasn’t a mistake! I was welcomed in as if I’ve know them before. I was also asked covid related entry requirement questions prior to be allowed in the premises which made me feel safe.
My hair is fabulous and I’ve had many good comments! I will be returning in the new year and I can’t wait!

First of all, what lovely warm frendly staff work there, I had a really nice welcome. I am absolutely chuffed to bits with my haircut, thanks to Marcus, what a lovely guy, really friendly, kind, thoughtful and very professional. He listened to me about how I liked my hair and kept checking in with to see if it was okay, did I want anymore off etc, really attentive, he even said if when I got home and saw any bits that needed cutting I could pop in and he would sort it out for me. Can't thank him enough, top man, cheers, highly recommend ?

I had a fantastic experience at the salon having my hair dyed for the first time by Kirsty. Kirsty took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted during the colour consultation and made me feel very at ease with any concerns I had about colouring my hair. During the appointment itself Kirsty made me feel very relaxed and I knew I was in good hands when she went to work on my hair; clearly a very professional and talented lady, who made sure I walked out the salon looking and feeling like a million dollars.
