My son always loves going to Aura. The stylists are all lovely, and he feels comfortable having his hair done with them. Adam has done Ellis's hair a few times, we've always been pleased with the results. He missed his free bottle of J20 this time though, and cant wait for covid to be over to get back to normal. Exceptionally clean, with hand gel and face masks on arrival, and separate entrance to exit. Well done Aura !!

While things are a little different at the moment while we all get used to the 'new normal', I really can't fault Aura for their service.
From explaining exactly how it all would look/what to expect,to the normal attention to detail you would normally expect from a salon appointment.
And how needed this haircut was ! After over 4 months of waiting, having my hair tended to was lovely - a literal weight taken off by the cut but also a lovely experience of being taken care of, listened to and consulted at every step.

I always feel welcomed when I come here. And with the new measures in place there was no difference apart from the safety precautions of course. Which I really think Lowri and other staf adhered to quite well. I was very pleased with the outcome of my 2nd attempt to get the red out of my hair. I am almost there. And I love how my hair is looking. My hair is still in great condition which is always a plus. I walked out of the salon feeling very glamorous. Which is the best feeling anyone should have!
