Connor is wonderful and has been working to save my hair which someone else totally ruined. He is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Today he cut & styled my hair and I really enjoyed my “me” time away from the kids !

Kylie has been cutting my hair for a number of years now and completely understands my hair and what I want when I go for my cut and colour. All the staff at Box are really helpful and friendly and make you feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Not only does Gemma cut my hair well, but she styles it in a way that doesn't make me want to go home and redo it
I came into Box a few ago wanting to book a consultation as this was my first time here and I was very pleased that I was seen straight away! I was seen by Harriet who then booked me in for an appointment with herself the following week and again, I was very pleased with this as I was wanting to find a slot ASAP!
I’ve been having balayage/highlights for a few years now and my hair was in desperate need of a colour correction/trim etc and Harriet did my hair exactly how I wanted as well as giving me some excellent recommendations.
I had some lowlights/highlights put in followed by the tone/wash/cut/dry & style in order to get my hair back into a nicer and better condition. I was so happy with the final result because the colour and style came out exactly how I wanted and Harriet managed to cut off the dead ends of my hair without removing too much length which is always so important to me!
Overall I had a lovely afternoon at Box getting my hair done. The salon itself is very clean and has a nice atmosphere with lovely, friendly staff. I was also very happy with the January discount on colour & cuts which was a nice bonus to an overall great experience.
I would really recommend this salon to anyone who wants an amazing result with their hair being properly taken care of and would 100% come again, especially to see Harriet who was just fab! Thank you so much!:)

I find it hard to write reviews when the service is so good, but Amina has been a huge part of completely changing my style, and being honest about what I should or shouldn’t do! I used to worry about going to hair dressers & trusting them but not once have a felt it at BOX & I trust Amina with my hair! She’s a Beautiful human inside and out!

I asked for curtain bangs and my hair to be cut below my chin which i showed but sadly I got a full fringe and hair above my chin. Just before my fringe was cut I wasnt asked how short/long to double check how I wanted it - it was just cut straight away. I did mention at the end of the hair cut and there was a small attempt to salvage it but at this point there was not much that could be done. Was also told that this is what 'curtain bangs' are when I know this not the case! All in all, I'm very disappointed with my first experience at Box :(
