This is my second time seeing Emma (sorry I can't see your name to select on the list) and I will never look for another stylist again. Being new to getting my hair done I was very anxious about the whole process but Emma has been an absolute delight from the start, completely put me at ease and I've been ecstatic with the outcome both times!
Ellie was very friendly. She gave me excellent advice on the best style to go for with my hair. The hair wash and mini head massage and cup of tea was a really relaxing treat!
Ellie did a wonderful job on styling my hair ready for a night out. Highly recommend.

Megan did a great job cutting/styling my hair. When I came in I realised I’d made an error in my booking, but the reception team were happy to amend. Megan understood my requests and the style I wanted. She was quick and efficient and I would be book with her again!

As always, the Hair Ott team provided an exceptional service - been having my hair done here for over 20 years & quality is consistently good.
Today I had my colour with Logan who knows me & my hair well & did a fab job.
I cannot recall the name of the tech who did my rinse but she was confident, personable & her head & shoulder massage was the perfect pressure.
Sarah has always cut & styled my hair & I trust her implicitly - today's cut is as good as ever (thank you!).
It's such a fab salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else - even though I no longer live in the local area, I still drive back for my cut & colour.

I visited your salon in Cosham today and was welcomed by the receptionist who took my coat and showed me too my seat the stylist came over looking a bit stressed anf asked me what i wanted today she then washed cut and styled in 30mins without a single word or acknowledgement i was there no conversation no offer of tea or coffee she was so unwelcome im sorry but but this really isn't except able and has never happened before in the 20 years i have been a loyal customer, that is my last and final visit

Colour on hair fabulous as always. Cut and blow dry was also great. Logan did my colour perfectly following Leah's guidance on how and where to apply it and Leah always finishes off washing, cut and blow dry exactly as I like it. Considering how busy it was due to Christmas, I never felt rushed.
