Catrina has been my hairdresser for a while and there’s a reason for that . She always does an amazing job and I always feel great when I leave the salon with amazing hair . Always a great all round experience when visiting the cosham branch

Once again my 8 and 10 year old have left the salon bouncing with joy with there beautiful curls. The girls both commented how lovely there hair dressers were and how special they were both made to feel. I always find it such a joy seeing my girls so happy after happy their hair washed cut and curled.

I came in for a recut and after my initial email asking if I could be booked in, I had a phone call the same day and booked in the day after.
Catrina was amazing, went through what I would like changing, did a dry cut then washed it and made sure I was happy after styling it for me.
I have been going to hair cut for years and always have a great experience with amazing customer service.

I hate going to the hairdressers, and go only because I have to. But today Ellie was lovely. Quick. Efficient. And now my hair feels great. She made the experience enjoyable.

From a friendly greet at reception, the whole experience of Hair OTT was wonderful. Sophia is an excellent stylist/hair designer. She created a beautiful colour on my hair - the best highlights I’ve had. Wash washing was finished with an in-seat massage, something I’ve never experienced anywhere else and very competitively priced. Everyone is friendly and clearly enjoy their work. I’ll be booking in again soon, thank you!

Anazing profesdional and perfect hair cut

Lovely cut, always tries to get it just right to help me manage it between visits. Some of their young staff do need more hair washing training, do not always feel that my hair feels really clean after tickly washing.
