Second time I have seen Belle for a haircut. Always such a lovey experience and warm welcome from everyone. Had two kids with me today and everyone was so accommodating to them, from taking there coats to a hot chocolate each! love my hair! Belle is lovely, so easy to talk to and really listens to what I want.

I had a “Half Head of Highlights and a Cut & Finish. I LOVE my new hair style!!

I’ve been in hospital as I broke my Hip in June and had a Hip Replacement so sitting in a chair for 3 hours was difficult so I haven’t been able to go the hairdressers till yesterday.

I would like to say a massive Thank You to Lauren (She is amazing at what she does) and also i really want to acknowledge the young lady who washed my hair and took the foils out so gently and i had the best hair wash ever as she was so gentle.

I came into the salon in pain with my Hip
( I was walking with one Crutch and also had a migraine with my head as I suffer with bad headaches) and the young lady with long brown hair that had a black apron on took out my foils and washed my hair and gave me the best hair wash and head and massage treatment I’ve ever…EVER had…EVER!!

I’ve never felt so relaxed and out of pain with my head.
I wished I asked her name as I only want her to wash my hair and give me a head massage from now on. Please can you text me her name.
She has very gentle and has healing hands and it’s the first time I didn’t feel like my head was in a washing machine and bouncing around in a basin.
I wish I had money to give the young lady a Tip but I can’t afford it at the moment.
I’m so VERY happy with the service

My stylist wasn’t listed, but I had the pleasure of Emma. I came in for a colour correction after years of dark brown box dye which became black over time due to build up. I was aiming for a copper/auburn colour, and Emma was able to achieve this for me. I was very well looked after by all the team members, and just want to thank you all for a fantastic experience in the salon.

Have a lovely wash and cut and the service was great but the salon is looking very shady with broken, missing or stained ceiling tiles, electric wires open and looking run down.
I understand if you are doing repairs but you could put signs up stating this or staff could inform customers of the ongoing repairs, if that's what is happening as no workmen on site.
Can't say I felt like I was in a high end salon. Such a shame as has always been lovely.

Today was my second visit to Hair Ott to see Sophia. A couple of months ago she changed my hair from purple that I’d been dying with a box colour for many years, to a more natural brown with blond highlights. The result was brilliant and today I went back for more highlights as the greys were beginning to grow through. This time she has lifted the highlights to lighter colour. Sophia was committed to getting the result I wanted but also refused to compromise on the condition of my hair. The cut is amazing too, she listened to what I wanted and took time to ensure I was happy with the length and style. Thank you Sophia, I’m so pleased with the result!

I can’t remember the stylist name I was a model today. I think Kelly was the trainer. I really liked the style very friendly salon very welcoming. I will definitely go again thanks so much

Emily applied two soft colours, a light and a dark blond and weaved them gently around my parting so the colour was bright and fresh but still subtle. Really pleased - feel like a new woman! Thanks Emily!

I am greatly satisfied with the outcome of my haircut with Megan in Hair Ott. The staff were friendly and Megan did a very good job in styling and cutting my hair. Mr. Ott, the owner, also speaks to the customer and even offered to refill my tea. I love that the salon is also a walking distance from my house. I wish the hair and shoulder massage would be longer, like 5mins tops.
