Always a pleasure coming here as Otto and all the Staff are so friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer of Hair Ott for many years and would rather leave my hair uncut than go anywhere else! I was in my 20s when I first found them and I am now over 80. They are amazing and always so friendly. Well done Otto, Babs and your wonderful staff!

My daughter and I had the most relaxing morning, felt very pampered and ready for my daughters wedding in the afternoon. All the girls in the salon were particularly attentive and we were made to feel very special.

Thoroughly enjoyable trip to Hair Ott, as usual. Great to see Chloe. Really pleased with the result of my colour! Salon was clean, tidy and generally a nice relaxing place to be in. Love to have a read of the magazines and cups of tea brought to me whilst my colour was develops. My foils were kept a watchful eye on by Chloe and I felt , as always , that I was in good hands!

I am so happy with my new look and I feel a million dollars. The cut and colour look amazing and fantastic too.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hair Ott Cosham for a much needed haircut, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and attentive staff.

Otto took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions to enhance my desired look.

What impressed me most was his level of expertise and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless result that perfectly complemented my facial features.

I generally dislike trips to the hairdresser, but can’t fault my experience with Otto. I heartily recommend him and the salon as a whole.

Absolutely amazing! Megan was so kind and attentive. Made me feel comfortable and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say! Management were very smiley and checking in on all the girls. Lovely atmosphere. Definately coming back! Thank you for the candle ?

Had a lovely transformation with Emily and Sophia today- from long to short and with a pop of colour added. Emily helped me come up with a great plan of what to do with my hair and Sophia did a fabulous job with the colour. The finished product was completed with a lovely cut by Emily. Excellent service as always, I would highly recommend.

I have monthly visits to my favourite Hairdresser and it always feels like a special event. My wonderful stylist Cara can read my mind. I can totally trust her as she is so knowledgeable and professional. I can fully relax as I know she will do her best . The way she works with colour is simply magical. She knows all the latest trends and uses her skills in the most beneficial way possible, suitable for my life style and my features . At least one thing I never need to worry about is my hair. As I know I am in good hands and Cara is taking care of it .
And of course I am truly grateful to all the amazing people who works At Hair Ott. They make this place absolutely special. from the beginning to the end.
