Hair stylist Megan was lovely, and service is always great, but I’m a bit disappointed with how dark my hair has come out, the hair swatch was nothing like the end result, I would have liked a more blonde look, anyway hopefully it will lighten a bit more for next week for my daughter’s wedding. Maybe I’ll have to buy a wash in wash out lighter shade.
We always expect our clients to be happy with their hair when they leave the salon. As soon as you phoned on Saturday we asked you to return that day so we could see what you weren't happy with.
After consultation we achieved the colour you hoped for and you were very pleased with the result. It is our policy to have happy clients loving their hair and we hope we have achieved this with you.

My hair just needed shape putting back in to it as it grows fast in summer.
Chloe was so professional and knew exactly what it needed. She listened and once finished had given me the perfect re-shape which was 100% spot on what I had wanted.

Lauren is very talented and always makes my hair look healthy and stylish, I often get complimented on my hair ( definitely my best asset) . Credit also must go to the staff in the Salon, the reception ladies who are friendly , upbeat and welcoming and the trainees who supply refreshments , wash your hair and give relaxing head and neck massage. It’s always a pamper and treat to go to the salon .

I love going to Hair OTT in Cosham. Leah has been cutting my hair for years and she always does a great job. It is also just nice to catch up with her and have a chat. She is always super professional. Everyone else is nice too, the lovely lady on Reception, other stylists and whoever phones to remind about appointment. Lovely lady. Great haircut. Great staff and service. A bit on the pricey side at £50 for a cut and blow dry - was trying to think about how much it was all going to cost as I knew it wouldn’t be cheap. Was trying to pass on items offered as thought this would add to the price.
