I don't know the name of the stylist that oversaw Belle but u was taken great care of a full consultation on what style I wanted I felt in good hands with stylist working well with Belle which has resulted in a lovely cut and blow dry the best cut I've had in years if this is anything to go by Belle is going to make an amazing stylist and wish her luck I will be back.

Sarah is a gifted stylist. She has looked after my hair for five years and is invested in creating styles that work with my hair-type, colouring and face-shape. She helps me plan change to keep my look fresh in a way that doesn’t compromise the condition of my hair. Every visit starts with a consultation and I am always pleased with the end result.
The salon team as a whole works together to provide a relaxing experience, making my regular visit to the salon a refreshing interlude from my busy life.

From the minute I walked into hair ott, last week to even enquire about my hair, I was treated with so much care and attention from all staff, Lovely smiley face and manner to the lady on the desk. Then when coming in on the 22/03/23 I was treated exactly the same standard, and even got greeted by Otto, and he took my coat, and was so lovely, and got me a cappuccino, as soon as I sat down. The attention to detail on customer care I cannot of asked for more better service, did I want a magazine, do I want a coffee, they very much make sure their customers are treated to a very high standard. I felt like a Queen. Then I met Chloe who introduced herself and asked about my hair and her attention to detail was out of this world, never been asked to every detail on how I want my hair cut, and Otto came over and spoke to me to confirm I wanted this or that, so much attention and time put into my hair. I really did feel like the queen. Then putting colour on I knew by even then my hair was going to be lovely as Chloe put all the foils so close to the head and you know from having hair done over the years when someone’s skills are just 10/10 if I could give a bigger score then I would. Then with all the process, I had time and effort spent on me, put under heated domes, toners, massage the whole experience was just lovely. Then when I finally got to drying cutting and finishing, I was so excited to see the Bob shape on the side and eventually saw the back which was the short cut I explained was hard to achieve in pas, because my hair not being long enough at front. But Chloe worked her magic and I couldn’t be more happy. Also to all the staff at hair ott, you are all so lovely and polite. I couldn’t fault anyone. I definitely recommend hair ott to anyone who wants the best treatment, cut and full package.

I have been coming to Hair Ott for over 25 years and Sarah has done my hair for the majority of that time, I’m always well looked after, I completely trust her judgement with my hair and have never come away unhappy with it, she always knows what colours will look good on me and exactly what style suits me, don’t know what I would do without her!
I really look forward to my visits where I can relax and have some much needed time to myself.
