Leah is very easy to get along woth and chat too and is a super stylist. Foils are super quick and I've always been happy with the cut she gives. She takes time and listens to exactly what you want. 5* from me

Belle was my stylist and she did my hair perfect, it’s in the style I like, she was very gentle too, I’m normally having my head pulled around but she didn’t.

This is only my third cut with Sam but she understood my hair right from the start which was great because some hairdressers have trouble with it.
3 cuts in and I’m really pleased with what she’s done.

I love my new hait loiuise did wonders and worked soo hstd I cant say how happy i was when i left the sslon would recommend to everyone

She discussed with me on how to amend my hair , show me the chart colour and she told me if I’m happy with it and hen she started , after it was so good and I’m happy with the colour, the owner dealt it so nicely and very accommodating and I’m glad I went back and they sorted out my hair. So m happy now.

I have been going to Hair OTT many years and it has always been great. Every member of staff is kind and welcoming and it is a pleasure to go there. I am a big fan of Leah who has been cutting my hair for many years. She is fantastic at her job, nothing is too much trouble and I always enjoy chatting to her. Thank you to all the team for being so great at what you do.

She was very good, I have always had Catherine but she is not there atm , a bit apprehensive as she doesn’t know me like Catherine, a colour and a cut , as I’m moving out the area and wanted a decent haircut before I go , which I got .. can’t recommend this salon enough.. 25 years and I’m fussy ?

Came in today as noticed poster for free hair cut done by trainees which were accompanied by liz from Waterlooville branch and was very happy with result they made me feel like a new woman lol.

What an amazing, and welcoming hair salon. Everybody was really friendly. Catrine took her time going through the style to suit me after asking about myself not just my hair. She did a lovely haircut. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I can out with not only a beautiful hair cut but also feeling on top of the world. Thank you so much.

Cara is gentle, polite and caring about everything she does. I was looked after well by her during my Brazilian blow dry treatment.

Lauren has been looking after my hair for many years now … she’s the best, relaxed, and no pressure along with amazing skill for what suits.

The whole salon is super friendly and relaxed.

Emily has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years. She has helped me with growing unruly hair, through lockdowns from short to bob styles. My hair has a natural curl, so cut is very important for manageability between times. No matter how many style changes she is very patient and I leave the salon feeling muich better than when I entered.

As always very good service Chloe knows exactly how I like my hair and I trust her when she comes up with the suggestions promise not to leave it so long next time ♥️

I’m always pleased when Sam does my hair. She is very professional and a very pleasant lady. Can always have a good chat with her and she always seems to remember what has been happening in my life. Lovely lady.

I had Belle who is in her final year of her training but supervised by Otto. Belle did very well and was pleased with my colour etc.

***** was lovely but I didn’t get what I was hoping for, I asked for my hair to be thinned out and chipped into but ***** only did that on the ends although I asked for the ends to be blunt cut. There must of been a misunderstanding The girl who washed my hair I asked her not to massage my hair because it matts. Unfortunately that wasn’t heard. I didn’t get a neck massage and as much as I’d rather give a great review, I am disappointed.

Sophia did really well with my hair. I absolutely love it! Thankyou so much Sophia. 5 stars and I hope to see you again!
