As always love my salon experience, great colour, cut and styling... highly recommend... and have been seeing Sarah for years, and whatever style (as always changing) she does an amazing job... ?

Always happy to have my hair trimmed at this salon; they’re not scissor happy with long hair and I feel I can trust any of the stylists to trim my long hair and not to cut too much off the ends.

I’ve been coming here for a while now since moving to the area and I have to say, it’s without a doubt the best salon you can experience.

The staff are phenomenally skilled and attentive to your needs, they are so well mannered, know their stuff and are clearly invested in providing the best outcomes for your hair. The service is wonderful from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. I’ve never had a bad cut or colour and I’ve absolutely loved every one they’ve done for me, which I can’t say the same for other salons I’ve been to.

I always feel so relaxed and welcome at Hair OTT. Today I came in for a change of colour which I was really nervous about due to my hair being curly and it getting damaged, but Megan was excellent, my hair feels just as good if not better than when I went in. The colour result is also better than I could’ve hoped for! I will definitely continue using Hair OTT!

I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a different stylist, but Lauren made a lovely job of my hair. Lauren was warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I was really pleased with the way she had cut my hair. Also I am very fussy about my fringe and Lauren shaped it very nicely. I look forward to seeing Lauren H again in the future.

Cannot remember the name of the technician who coloured my hair, but she did an amazing job, I love the colour.
The girl who rinsed and washed my hair was so lovely, attentive and was so so gentle.

I always enjoy having my hair done at Hair Ott. The customer service is exceptional and I always leave feeling relaxed, pampered and beautiful. The owner, Otto, always takes the time to see every customer and have a little chat and the cappuccinos are amazing! Jennie is by far the best stylist I have ever had. She understands my wild hair like no one else and I value her opinion and advice with regards to styles etc. I highly recommend this salon. It’s so much more than just a visit to the hairdresser.
