Chole is amazing,I drove from Wales for my appointment, I moved there last november,and will keep coming back for Chole to do my hair.

Chloe is lovely, easy to talk to and a great hairdresser, I always leave there loving my hair, all the staff are lovely, it's really clean, light and airy and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Daughter had her hair cut into a short bob style by Megan, it looks lovely and really suits her.
Megan made sure my daughter was happy and always directed her questions to her which was really nice.

I was very shy at first and had a little wait whilst stylist explained what was going to happen and asked what style I liked and offered me refreshments then another lady washed it for me and helped chloe with cutting and styling it for me which she did with confidence and was quick to learn good luck for the future chloe

Well, I had put (what I thought to be a wash in out pink) and unfortunately it stayed. I had tried to remove it with packet stipper in the week but it only fadded. Chloe is like my superhero/fairy godmother and fixed it all so I could attend a wedding next week n hold my head of beautiful hair high instead of cowering in the back during photos. Chloe is professional and exactly knows her stuff as far as hair goes. Your the best thank you, thank you so very much. Life saver. ?

So I went for a last minute walk in appointment at Hair OTT cosham, the welcome was so lovely and immediately felt what a lovely salon. I had not had my hair done in a salon for years, Lauren was absolutely amazing, consulted me and helped me with exactly what would look lovely for me. The whole service and appointment was just so enjoyable and relaxing. Lauren made such a difference, not only made me feel amazing with my beautiful new hair, but just such a lovely person that I can’t wait for my next appointment. I came away feeling so good. Thank you everyone, my complimentary candle is also gorgeous and a lovely touch!!

I have been going to this Salon for over 25 years and they NEVER disappoint. Otto and his staff make sure you are taken care of from the moment you enter the salon. I have been to Salons in a few countries around the world but nothing compares. Well done guys keep up the good work, and a special thank you to Lucie for taking care of me.

Cara is absolutely incredible, she always does an amazing job with me hair and I leave feeling really good. I have never met such an amazing hair dresser, who gets my hair right everytime.

As always Chloe took good care of me. She listens to my ideas and is able to advise me what to do to work towards my next hair goal. She takes good care of me and I always look forward to my monthly visit. I leave the saloon feeling pampered and refreshed.

Chloe was amazing - she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. As a new customer she took the time to find out about my hair, any issues and how it behaves etc. I came away feeling a million dollars and will most certainly be back again.
