Maisie did an amazing job on my hair and brought it back to life again. The colour is just beautiful and ready for summer.

It was so lovely to go back to the salon today. Everyone who works there always makes the experience so great and comfortable. Leah is fantastic, a brilliant hairdresser and really cares about her job and is very professional. Added to this, she is also great to talk too and just a really nice person. Lucie makes you feel at ease, listens well to my thoughts on my hair and knows how to bring out the best in my hair. The service she gives is always top quality and she is a friendly person who puts you at ease. I feel happy about the price and feel it is good value for money.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Was greeted with a friendly welcome and seated quickly. All staff were wearing both masks and plastic face guards and the seating areas were surrounded by dividers to make sure we were as Covid safe as possible. My stylist Emily was lovely and very professional. I told her what I wanted and she took the time to go through everything with me. What would suit me and my face shape and more importantly what style would work best with my hair type. After deciding on a hairstyle, Emily did an amazing job of providing me with a French bob. It is perfect and her skills are amazing. I love my new hair style and will definitely be using Emily again. The complementary head neck and shoulder massage was divine and I also received a free gift of a beautifully scented candle. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you all very much.

A great hair cut as always. Leah totally understands what I want and is definately the queen of 'cutting in'!

This is a very good salon. It manages to be extremely professional, but also warm and friendly.
Lucie is a very good stylist. She has a real understanding of hair, and she listens to what you say, and adapts according.
I would recommend the salon to anyone.

Been a regular with hair Ott for more years than I care to admit! Always welcoming , from the shampoo , styleist, receptionist everyone there to help you come away fabulous. Always .

As I was so unhappy about the style of my hair, Hair Ott were very accommodating.
I had a hair appointment where all my concerns were listened to and as a result I came out a happier woman and as it’s a style I’m used too I felt that I had my old self back.
Lucie was very understanding and cut my hair just the way I wanted it.

Another great haircut at Hair Ott. Have been away for a few years and forgot how fabulous the experience is. I’m struggling at the moment with a change of styles and don’t really know exactly what I want but Lucie taps in to what I’m after and does a splendid job. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the standards of COVID awareness are very high. I always feel very safe.
