Lauren does an amazing job of my hair.

I've been a regular customer for many years. From the first moment you are made to feel comfortable and valued by the wonderful staff. Plenty of refreshments and a very relaxing head and shoulder massage. I've never been disappointed with my cut or colour. Very experienced stylists give sensible advice.
The compliments I receive about my hair prove how great Hair Ott is.

I've loved Hair Ott from the first day I arrived for my hair appointment 2 or so years ago. Friendly, efficient and relaxing, the salon staff and environment are top notch.

Catherine is a very efficient stylist. She is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on hair styles, colourings etc

I know it was busy but I was kept waiting with wet hair for about 10 mins. Chloe did a great job curling with the irons but it made me wonder if I was paying stylist rates for a trainee. However I was very pleased with the end result. Thank you.

Catherine was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions for my postpartum hair regrowth. She was great with understanding that life with a toddler is hectic, so being able to just sit quietly and have your hair cut was my dream. Thank you Catherine.

I have been going to Hair Ott for years, and always come out feeling well looked after. Always friendly and made to feel important. My hair is fine and curly, but Sarah knows how to cut and style it. Very pleased with the result.

It was lovely to see Cat back at the salon. As always she cut and coloured my hair amazingly and was really pleased with the results. The team at Hair OTT Cosham are wonderful and always has a lovely atmosphere and that is why I always come back as you know you will get what you want and come out feeling a million dollars.

First time sans mask so I now know what my hairdresser looks like? Lucie has been great over the last few months while I tried to work out what I wanted to do with my hair post lockdown. She’s great for offering suggestions but also listens and takes on board my own ideas.

Great colour / style with my ever changing ideas!! Chloe always delivers or suggests a comprise ify ideas are unrealistic.
The only grip is the chairs could really do with an upgrade to reflect the quality of the experience. I have been coming for years and they have been sat in by a good number of bottoms especially the ones at the back.... don't even think about putting me back there they are like a wooden bench.
I want a bit of comfort and luxury to sit in to enjoy my head massage etc. Would highly recommend the salon as I have over the years to other people.

Saturday early morning, greeted with a smile and a great welcome. Met my new hairdresser Lucie B who listened and planned and implanted wonderful colours, fantastic cut and I was so happy with the curls to finish. Lucie advised me on products and I give 10/10 for services provided. Thank you x

Amazing service at hair ott yesterday.
Had a perm on my long straight hair was very nervous but jennie was brilliant at explaining the whole process. The brilliant outcome had my husband seal of approval. He actually notice I had been to the hair dressers and loved it. ( he normally doesn't comment). Thank you jennie.

Been using this hair salon for many of years, including hair cuts to Brazilian blow dry and always been looked after by the staff. Friendly atmosphere makes me want to go back each time and always feel great when I leave ?

Chloe's cut was very nice, cut it short at the back to stop it from tangling.
