I looked forward to going and always anticipate my hair being a more vibrant and beautiful colour when I leave. I am visually impaired but I look forward to the design - I know my hair will look great for the next so many weeks without my having to intervene too much which is wonderful and so it’s like a little boost for my self esteem because I know that no matter what I will leave the salon feeling valued and lifted.

Brilliant experience not just the end result that was beautiful and exactly what I asked for! I had plenty to drink, hair was treated,I had a wonderful massage and the company was lovely. I was super tired and nearly fell asleep it was so good.

What an amazing experience. I was having an awful week and walked in on the off chance they could see me. Otto fitted me in with Logan, and they both made me feel so special and rather than a quick trim I got a new look which I love!

Professional and warm service by all staff. Reception always lovely, Lauren always makes me feel 100 times better when I leave with healthy looking hair and the girls who are training who shampoo and do head massage are so sweet and engaging. Annoyingly I can't remember the name of the person today who has just started her apprenticeship who washed my hair today but she was a credit to the team

When i had my hair cut and left the salon my hair felt nice but once i had discovered how thin and how much hair the sylist took away i am not overly happy as i feel that she took far to much out thinned it way to much now i can not even get a noce ponytail out off my hair i am a therapist and need to have my hair up ? Very disappointed as all i can do now is wait for it to grow back again.
