Sarah is amazing and credit to Hair ott. She listens and advices and produces some excellent hair cuts/colour. Highly recommended.
Sienna was very polite and does the most wonderful shampoo and also the best head/shoulder message around.

Otto always comes over and makes sure everyone is ok and that we have a drink, nothing is too much trouble at hair ott.

My first visit to cosham today and it was a lovely friendly experience. Not only was my hair amazing and was just what I wanted and more but the surrounding atmosphere was happy friendly and enjoyable to be around Sarah asked me what I wanted to achieve with my hair and then took her time talk me through it all.

Yet once again my hair look great, I know it will lift my spirits and mood every time, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, the salon is spacious and bright. I will be going to Hair Ott for as long as I can, and Mr Otto is lovely too.

Megan was so kind and remembered me from previous appointments. I struggle with my hearing (I am 92) but Megan showed patience when explaining what she was doing. I am so pleased with my perm, the last one Megan did for me lasted around 3 months.
Amazing products too.

Chloe remembered my husband had recently been unwell and was genuinly interested in how we both were. I’ve always had a really positive salon experience . Emily is lovely she’s always so positive and always has a smile . I also appreciate her honesty when I pick a style / colour that may not suit! We’ve a hair ott in waterlooville however I still go to Cosham because of Emily .

Megan has been my regular stylist for some time now and she always takes good care of me. However, today she and the team took extra care of me. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and everyone took care to make me feel comfortable. From the moment the receptionist made sure I was seated in a chair where I could feel my 'bad' arm was protected, to Dior making sure I was comfortable at the washing station and the care Megan took to give me the colour and cut I wanted whilst remaining comfortable, I felt relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling and looking more like my usual self. Just the pick me up I needed!

My fringe was promtly trimmed to the desired length, followed by a pot of tea and biscuit. Very spoilt. Reception were most welcoming.

Emily always makes sure the two colours I have are fresh and well blended. The cut has taken loads of weight out of my hair - I’m really pleased 😀

Not feeling too good recently and I wondered if I would make my appointment. I'm just so glad I made the effort. Apart from a superb cut, the warm friendly atmosphere was just the tonic I needed.

Fab service and amazing results again. I don't always have time to come to the hairdresser's due to work and kids etc. but today I received the best hair treatment, professional service. Most importantly my hair feels now silky and in great condition (especially when I came in with dry hair and a bad home hair coloured top up!). Definitely will be back again soon.
