Strands is a long established, and much loved salon group based in Fareham Hampshire, and is home to our team of award winning colour experts and stylists.

With iconic brand Redken as our number one choice, we offer the best in quality hair care and colour products.

From the moment you enter our salon we want you to feel welcomed and at home, in a warm and welcoming space where you can chill or “work from home” it’s your time.

Our Salons close family vibe, and the 30+ years of experience gained working with some of the biggest names in hairdressing has inspired the unique service at Strands…. Great hair comes as standard, and of course we do serve a great Coffee.

CJ was brilliant with both my kids who struggle to sit still for more than a minute. She was so patient and treated then to a lolly at the end.

Would like to point out firstly that I had two girls working on my godforsaken hair today Emily as well as Sophie ,
They both made me feel very welcome they both put 100 per cent into rectifying my hair after 3 terrible experiences that left it with a huge reddy brown band that stuck out like a sore thumb against any blond applied to it.
They worked for 5 hours and the end result was brilliant . I’d definitely recommend thank you ladies ❤️
