First time client- Helen did a fabulous job with my hair, it was very dry so she recommended a protein treatment. My hair feels amazing and she added some styling as well so went away feeling very pampered! Everyone was very welcoming and chatty, lovely tea too! Have booked a haircut again for the new year. Great offers in welcoming pack so will definately make use of those

I’ve been having my hair done at this salon for years. They’re a really friendly team who really know their stuff and I’ve never had a bad experience with either my cut or my colour which I have retouched every six weeks. My husband and daughter are also customers. They’re always willing to offer advice, offer a nice selection of drinks and I love the complimentary head masssge and vibrating massage chairs whilst you have your hair washed. I’d happily recommend them to friends!

Helen works miracles and wonders on my hair each & every time I visit! Highly recommend Strands, have been a loyal customer there since the Whiteley beach opened.

I believe I saw Alice - I called Up this morning for a fringe trim. It was really quick and easy to book in and it was a really lovely atmosphere when arriving at the salon. Alice was really quick and prompt and knew exactly what I wanted. Definitely be returning

I was welcomed to the saloon with a smile from the girl at reception, who seated me and asked if I wanted a drink. Soon Helen arrived and welcomed me and called me by my name, although she wasn’t my regular hairdresser. She was caring and friendly.

Very happy with my experience with strands, they are confident, Friendly I appreciate Kelly’s advice and she is always so welcoming. She now looks after my whole family and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Natalie and the whole salon team provide a great experience. Natalie is highly skilled in colouring and cutting, is pleasant, friendly and professional. The juniors are very attentive and ensure you are never without a drink. Great salon!

What a great hairdressers, such comfort, the massage chair was so comfortable whilst having a shampoo and conditioner treatment treatment, latte and a lovely stylist too , thank you Alex , sorry I kept calling you Alice, apologies.
