Luke gets it right every time!??

I booked a colour & cut appt. When my excellent colour was done I was informed I had to wait 30 mins with wet hair until my cut appt. When I booked my appt. I was not told I would have a long wait between colour & cut. Very annoying & considering the price of the appts I expect to be treated with more respect . Needless to say I did not hang about & left without my cut. I am considering going elsewhere.

Had a fantastic cut at T&G Fleet today. I've been several times now and the staff are always lovely. My hair always ends up looking its best after they've worked their magic! Definitely recommend!

There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the Fleet branch which allows the client to chill out whilst the experts do their thing. I get my hair coloured and cut each visit and I always come out feeling chic and groomed which is exactly what I want.

We brought our son 8 years old to cut his hair and we had the worst experience. We found ***** not polite or professional. I would like the manager to contact us back

My usual stylist, Natalie, is on maternity leave and so Jacob cut my hair instead. He did a marvellous job, I am thrilled with the way it looks now. I would be very happy for him to cut it again!

I've been using this salon for 9 years now and still have no complaints about it!! It was cut and colour for me with Natasha stepping in for Natalie and she did a fantastic job plus I changed my colour again too and Caitlin offers the best advice with overall great results. The salon is friendly with them always asking if you need anything and advising where needed, I just can't find fault so I can't recommend then highly enough really.

Overall, a good hair cut. Shorter than I'd asked for however, but still, a good haircut. However, the hairdresser was not friendly, appeared rushed (when I was the only person in the salon) and generally uninterested. Disappointed with the lack of customer service

Have just had a super hair wash, head massage, cut and blow dry at Toni and Guy today.
Courteous and attentive staff and excellent stylists. Very pleased with my visit all round.

Two cups of great tea, magazines followed by a massage chair whilst having my hair washed with head massage. What's not to love. Oh, and not forgetting my hair was a gorgeous colour, exactly what I asked for. Very nice staff too. Will definitely return.

As always, a pleasurable experience today - I have recently completed a six month chemotherapy treatment programme and decided to treat myself and get my (sparse) eyebrows shaped. Caitlin (as always) was polite, professional but friendly. She's so good at what she does and is also kind and knowledgable about the effects of cancer treatment on skin etc.

I had a cut and blow dry 2 weeks ago but I wasn't entirely happy with the cut. I returned today and Luke has done it perfectly for me.
The whole experience was enjoyable - thank you.

I have been using this salon now for 12 years. I have always found my experience to be positive on every visit with friendly staff and a warm welcome.

In my view when going to a high end Salon it's not just a haircut it's the experience. My stylist Luke was a perfectionist and took the time on my cut.

My only feedback for opportunity is, for a gent after a cut there is lots of loose hair bits. It would be useful to have another quick hair wash to remove this. I used to experience this service in Toni&Guy Colchester and it made a huge difference. I appreciate this is always extra time and cost, but to me that would make the difference in my experience from very good to excellent!!

It is always a pleasure to have Natasha cut and style my hair. She is always really on good form whatever time of day. Engaging, interesting and most importantly always cuts exactly what I want.

I have been a customer of T@G for over 30 years and will continue for as long as the appearance of my hair is of importance! Cannot recommend T@G highly enough - after all I have 'put my money on the table'. The Fleet salon was exactly what I expected in style and fittings. I booked in for a style change cut. Staff were very customer motivated. The senior stylist took time in all areas - discussing what would be best for me and listened to my views. He was very thorough and paid attention to detail. I am delighted with the results and have received interesting comments - 'great cut shows the shape beautifully with precise layering '. - my salon going forward - book with confidence.

I have my hair cut regularly with Natasha and am always delighted with the result. I've also been stopped on a number of occasions, having just had it done, with people asking me where I have it cut.

Love going to get my hair done at the salon in Fleet and have done for the last 9 years or so. Caitlin is a colour genius and always steers me away from bad choices such as today when I asked for "purple" which would have been a mistake!! Natalie has perfected my cut and has the knowledge to know how to really weed it out so that it lasts for 7 weeks before driving me insane, I'll miss her while she's off having her wee one but I'm sure I'll be in safe hands until she returns. The young girls and boys that run around fetching anything you need are so polite and very conscientious although the conditioner head massage is never long enough for me but that's a good thing else I'd be fast asleep!! The salon is clean, reception staff are perfect, the whole experience is always a good one and I always look miles better than when I walked in!

Always a good experience at T&G Fleet!

Went to Toni & Guy today for a change in colour and a cut. Have been to Toni & Guy many times before but never to the salon in Fleet. I had quite a wait between my colour being washed off and my hair being cut, which I was advised of when booking. The staff were friendly whilst I waited and made sure I had everything I needed. I was a little disappointed as when I got home to look at my hair again, there was dye all around my hair line, it was really obvious and After much scrubbing this evening, is still there. This is something I would not expect to happen when paying so much for a hair appointment. Other thank that I am pleased with the outcome.

Tasha was lovely she chatted about what I'd like done and then carried out a fab hair style for me. I can highly recommend her :-)

Very friendly and professional. Brilliant professional cut and blow dry by Natalie and also relaxing wash from another very friendly girl. Just find prices expensive to go very often, but always very pleased with the results.

Sophie and Luke did a brilliant job as usual but it was a bit chilly in there today.

I've never been a fan of having my hair done - honestly, I'd rather visit the dentist. However, I'm made to feel very welcome here. Luke is an expert stylist, Sophie a wonderful colourist, and let's not forget Emily who does a marvellous job of foil-removing and hair-washing. After nearly five years of terrible hairdressing experiences, here's a salon that knows about hair and customer service.

As always a relaxing experience attentive service and great cut.
