Went to Jacob yesterday with a haircut I wasn't too pleased with from another place - I explained exactly what I wanted and he managed to interpret what I meant with ease. I have curly hair which some stylists find difficult. Jacob was confident, unfussy, listened to what I said and gave me a cut that I am very happy with. I will be returning - thanks

Great service, friendly, attentive and professional.

This was my first visit to the salon in Fleet and the first time I was listened too by the stylist. Jacob was great, he seemed to know what I wanted, even with my bad explanation. This is the first time in 6 months I have left a salon feeling happy with the cut. This will not be the last time I visit the salon thanks to Jacob. In fact I've already booked my next appointment. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Really really brilliant experience at Toni and Guy. Excellent service and great hair cut. Really good advice and extra service thrown in for free. Cannot recommend enough!!

I had a cut and blow-dry and was very happy with the result.
The experience was generally good although I did have to wait quite a long time, with wet hair, before the stylist came to cut my hair. I was a bit cold and had water dripping down my neck.

Excellent cut. Luke listened and cut my bob style a little shorter than usual which is as I wanted, no complaints whatsoever with service by all staff st Fleet Salon. I am regular customer for long time since Toni & Guy opened in Fleet.

I can't begin to tell you how good I feel. Having been through 6 months of chemotherapy and losing my hair I was at rock bottom. I had heard that toni and guy offered a strength in style service for people in my situation so made an appointment. All of the staff were incredibly kind and understanding, particularly luke who cut my hair. He understood my need to keep some of my newly grown hair and gave me a style that bought back my confidence. Not only that it was free for the first appointment and then at a reduced rate until my hair was properly back.I can't thank them enough

A friendly and professional salon which has a great atmosphere. I went food shopping straight after my appointment and was stopped by another shopper. She complimented me on my hair and asked me where I had it cut and who with. I've had my hair done at the salon for a number of years and am always pleased with the service.

I always feel great leaving here but today was extra special. Jacob spent the best part of two hours on my cut, as no one was waiting and I think because it's my last cut before I get married. This was so hugely appreciated. I hadn't realised just how long I was in there until I left but he clearly is a perfectionist (which I love!) and took a long time making sure every cut was just right.

Today, as every 7 or so weeks, I had my colour expertly done as always with Caitlin, she's amazing at what she does, seriously! Then my cut with Natalie who knows my hair and it's rapid, unyielding, growth so very well and left me happy yet again!! Today, as always I wasn't disappointed and love my hair once again. I've been with the salon for about 7 years and wouldn't look anywhere else.

I've always been happy with the service at Fleet and yesterday was no exception, very happy with my hair cut from Luke, lovely people.

I only have my hair cut at T&G Fleet because of Natalie and Chloe.

Chloe provides a friendly and helpful service at all times - showing flexibility for my schedule. Booking ahead and offering new products and promotions. She's a real asset.

Natalie is a great hairdresser and also a lovely person.

Had my usual hair appointment for styling by Natalie. Always good service from the greeting of the receptionist, the hair washing to the styling.

As always, I was greeted and treated very, very well. Chloe on reception was lovely and Tash, who cut my hair, listened to what I said and followed instructions. A lovely cut as usual!

Professional, quality service. A bit pricey but is worth it. In particular, I am quite happy with Natasha, she has been my hairdresser for almost 2 years.

Been coming for 3 years, will continue as long as Luke is here. Quality of haircut is of an incredibly high standard. Friendly staff from reception to assistants washing your hair to the stylists. Modern clean saloon. Relationships staff build with regular customers is great, make you feel incredibly welcome stress free experience couldnt recommend Fleet Toni and Guy anymore.

I hadn't actually booked but was lucky enough to get a walk in appointment within 20 mins of requesting an appt having visited the branch in Fleet.

I was booked in by the receptionist, greeted by Jacob who was my hair dresser and consulted on what I wanted. Jacob was extremely attentive and professional. I had my hair washed by a really polite and professional young lady who talked me through the conditioning treatments and offered me an extra conditioning treatment which was at an additional £10.

Jacob then returned and had a good look at my hair before working his magic. What I loved was that he didn't zone into a hairdresser's place where they just do what they want. He explained exactly what I could achieve after I showed him pictures and got to work. His manner was amazing, courteous, professional and just the right level of chat (nothing worse than struggling to force a conversation with someone client or hairdresser side)! He was a great laugh and gave me exactly what I wanted and explained what I needed to do to maintain the condition of my hair and Achieve the style I am after which will take a few more months.

He wasn't pushy at all, just super professional, approachable and friendly.

I've already booked in for my next appointment even though this isn't my local branch.

I go in feeling about 5% and come out feeling 100%! From the outstanding service of Chloe on reception to my fantastic colourist Caitlin and my equally fantastic stylist Natalie, not forgetting all the other guys and girls washing and cleaning and keeping things running smoothly. I've been going there for about 7 years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I had a cut and blow dry with Luke today. I am always pleased with the end results. Luke takes the time to listen to what you want and will make suggestions. He is always gentle and courteous in his approach and is an excellent ambassador for Toni and Guy.
