Megan is always professional and friendly .. excellent attention to detail .disappointed that I had to wait over 5 minutes in reception before someone booked me in . Meant I was a few minutes late for appointment

Sophie came very quickly, without any wait time at all. The consultation was quick, which is very useful for my tight time schedule. Very efficient and informative. Cannot wait for the actual treatment on the 12th Feb.

Sophie is amazing and so caring and has been very supportive through my journey with Cancer. Had a complete restyle going from long and thin to short and stylish. Topped of today by a colouring service. I can’t recommend Sophie from First Impressions enough so skilled in everything she does from cutting to colour. I have had so many compliments already.
