Had a fantastic treatment with Meg again. Lovely as always. Having my beauty treatments done by Meg is the only reason I currently attend first impression. Unfortunately entering the salon downstairs it isn’t a welcoming vibe anymore. No one there when you come downstairs. Very annoying that you above to use an iPad downstairs to scan the code, and the iPad is never on the desk or available. I’ve seen a massive decline at the salon and now makes me not want to attend and find an alter I’ve place to give my business.

Nicky was great as usual, but something was missing from previous visits before new owners.
Even down to a cup of tea was not as expected.
Really sad to see the salon loosing its vibrant experience.
