Lovely salon. Katie & Becky are so good at what they do. I have the bright colours that take ages & nothing was too much trouble. I had 2 consultations with lots of ideas thrown around, it's always good when the stylists are as excited as you are. The salon is stylish & modern with a bright feeling. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a hand massage & a head massage. And the coffee is good too! I'm definitely making this my regular salon. xx

Lauren has done an absolutely amazing job on my hair transforming it from black to a beautiful copper red colour in one sitting. She explained every technique with thorough detail and it paid off as I’m over the moon with how my hair looks. Everyone in the shop was happy and the customer service was brilliant! Lauren and the team made me feel comfortable and although it took five hours for my hair to be transformed it went so quickly. I would recommend lauren and Scruples to any of my friends and family and will definitely be back again!! 5* service :)

I’ve been coming to scruples for quite a few years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else even though I now live near Whiteley!
Vicky is so passionate about what she does - as are all the scruples team! As a fellow copper/auburn head, I love the different concoctions vicky puts together to make different shades and tones , it’s great being able to mix it up each time! She is so friendly and always offers great advice on what I’m trying to achieve! She is so talented at what she does, the other girls are too!
Service is AMAZING, complimentary head and hand massages whilst having my hair treatment , and of course the wide variety of complimentary gin and tonics they offer! Such a great touch!
I always look forward to my few hours in the salon with the girls, It really is like therapy as it’s such a positive friendly and fun environment to be in.. it really is like being with friends! I can’t recommend enough!!! My fave place to be!!

Well what a surprise to walk into the salon with these lovely ladies and birthday banners up and a bit of fizz. followed by a lovey hair wash and treatment and hair style
i had it curls and a quif. katie was so lovely and friendly and such a laugh along with lauren and liz. They never fail to make you feel special so thank-you ladies has the best birthday in a very long time. defo the best salon that offers that personal touch ???

Today I spent a lovely part of my day being totally spoilt by all the team! It was a real treat and everyone looked after me so well. Becky is incredible. I walked out with a total hair transformation. She is so experienced and kind, my hair is looking fabulous! Would thoroughly recommend!

I having been coming to this salon for years, I recently moved house and tried several other hair dressers just because of distance but I have returned as they were not anywhere near as good as Scruples. I followed Blayze from her previous salon. Blayze is such a lovely person, always puts you at ease, listens and asks what you want, offers excellent advice on the correct products for your hair. I am always a little concerned a salon will be judge mental but the welcome was warm and friendly. Blaze my hairdresser was knowledgeable and very talented ! Myoverdry , neglected hair looks and feels totally different . I will be back !

I went to Scruples as I wasn’t getting what I really wanted at my usual hairdresser. The initial consultation was in depth to ascertain what I needed and after the first colour and highlights my hair was exactly what I had wanted and very flattering.

I have been going to Scruples since April 2019 and have been seeing Liz for both cuts and most of all her colour knowledge.
The appointment on 23/01/2020 was for a wash, trim and dry but as always, treated wonderfully, head massage and a great finish.

I always go to scruples, the staff are always very kind and always welcoming. I have always been fussy with who I let touch my hair (I suffer with anixity) but here I always feel comfortable and always walk away feeling happy. Liz and Vicky are very lovely and I would recommend them but also all of the other staff seem lovely but these two are the lady's that have worked magic with my hair.

The staff were lovely and friendly, I have very long hair, I had it reduced by approx 12-15 inches and they did a lovely job, very happy indeed. Thank you.

The team at Scruples is fantastic. They are happy, friendly and always discuss your hair options with you before starting to cut your hair. As always I am more than happy with my haircut and a big thankyou to Lauren for achieving what I required.

Brilliant service, Lauren listened to what I wanted to have done to my hair and double checked I was happy, would recommend.

Cut n blow dry plus curls. Curls didn’t last but that’s more due to hair type than service. I consider it pricey compared to local salons.

Friendly personal service, highly trained stylists that always listen to what you want and i have never been disappointed. Becky is awesome!!

Vicky and Liz are incredible! They are professional and very friendly and both take the time to understand what my mum and myself want in a haircut. They make us feel at ease and nothing is too much hassle. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
