Had a t.bar section and wet cut have been trying different lengths over the last few months and with Georgias help have found the right length. Always enjoy my visits to vanilla rooms.

Great to be back after such a long break

Emma gave me a cut that I like and it's stylish, I enjoy our chat and feel very relaxed. Sometimes when my hair is washed by someone else I find it a bit rough, my scalp is sensitive. Also just once the hairdryer was knocking my scalp when having a rough dry.

As usual lovely enjoyable experience, harry extremely attentive, just a little disappointed that Clare never came to check if all ok with my colour and check all ok before I left

I had a junior stylist and she was polite and did a very good cut and blow dry. They’re all very good and treat you as if it was your first time there. I’ve been going to vanilla rooms for over 40 years!

Georgia always take time to ask how my hair has been since my last visit and what are we doing today. My hair resisted Wella colour so very happy Matrix was brought back in. I get so many compliments on my hair so when the colour was washing out it was so upsetting. Thank you for the loyalty card I love that, a valued treat

Loved everything about the experience. Clare fixed an impossible "hair-chop"(something you could not call a "haircut"?), on a difficult type of hair, which was almost as impressive as her speed and technique. I came out of there looking and feeling 10 years younger. Very welcoming atmosphere, lovely conversations, everyone was smiling and they seemed like a great team, giving each other a hand regardless of who the customer came in for. Overall a wonderful place I would definitely recommend and come back to!
