Spent a couple of hours with Lauren who removed my extensions again with great patience and care. This was my second time having extensions expertly installed by Pedro a few weeks ago for a special occasion as my hair is very fine without much volume. The results are amazing but this time I was careful to have the extensions removed after a couple of months before they got too entangled as they are growing out. Lauren is absolutely lovely, patient, warm-hearted and utterly professional. She is very experienced and confident. Going to SW1 and being taken care of by Pedro or Lauren is always a real treat and knowing that I will come out looking fa-bu-lous ( in all modesty ?) is a bonus to the day. Great atmosphere in the salon, great place to relax and their coffee is yameh.

Debbie has been my only hairdresser for about 10 years, and I’ve been coming to SW1 since around 2005, best hairdressers in Tunbridge Wells. Debbie is brilliant, more a friend than hairdresser. and I would like to adopt Winnie but Pedro might have something to say about that.

Pedro cut my hair beautifully yesterday. I hadn’t had a hair cut in months and I was thrilled with the result . Even my husband noticed and I’ve had several compliments today . Although I live Nr Rye I will definitely return . Thank you so much .

This was my first visit to the salon - I was made to feel very welcome - all the staff were lovely - Rochelle was my stylist and right from the minute we started chatting - I really felt she was not only listening but also understood exactly what I was asking for - very professional and very good stylist - I enquired about colour !

I made use of the drop in option and was pleased l could be immediately seen due to a cancellation. I did not catch my hair stylist’s name. I was at first concerned she might be a little young to understand my styling as an older person with fly away, curly hair, but she was fantastic! I showed her a selfie taken after my last trim, asked her to copy that and the result is great. She was also a very good conversationalist, who put me at my ease. Basically she provided me with the best styling l have received in Tunbridge Wells.

I couldn't be more happy with my hair. Love the final touches. Fabulous cut. Great attention to detail. Great salon.

Haïr looking fabulous again, thanks to the Hair Wizard Pedro who knows exactly how to combine shades and colours! The attention to detail, friendliness, expertise and professionalism make SW1 the place to go for any hair who need any TLC. Pedro is very patient and is obviously passionate about hairdressing, he listens, advises on options and explains each stage of the process. Planning some extensions again for an event soon and I am 100% confident it will look great. It is a pleasure to have my hair done by Pedro and Lauren… I simply would not go anywhere else.

I and others loved my hair. Pedro used large rollers in my hair. To my surprise it hung beautifully especially at the back.
I was fearful of ‘voluminous hair’ I was so pleased it did not turn out that way?.

I went to Rhodes for a week - blazing sun, showers, sea breezes but my hair still looked good. Thanks Debbie.

Pedro and Debbie have cut my hair and my daughter’s (age 10) a few times. They have listened, made excellent suggestions, understood our hair textures and cut beautiful styles that have lasted well as they’ve grown. They also taught my daughter how to look after her curls. The salon has a relaxing and luxurious vibe, and the team are friendly and welcoming. They take their work, but not themselves, seriously.

Popped in for a pre holiday fringe tidy up. Absolutely fantastic service from Rochelle! So happy with the outcome and how she restyled the front sections of my hair. I am a regular here and usually go to the fab Debbie but she was busy but Pedro accommodated me at the drop of a hat! Fantastic salon with real people, very lovely!

It’s always such a relaxing experience . From the coffee and chat, to the hair wash and head massage and on to trim and blow dry styling it’s all pure pleasure . I leave a very the salon a very happy new me.

Debbie is a brilliant hairdresser. Her cutting & colouring are first rate.

Lauren is incredibly warm and kind. She put Orlando at ease and cut his hair patiently, always asking him things about himself and explaining what she was doing. Orlando loves his haircut and Lauren understood we wanted to maintain his curls whilst avoiding the typical ‘short back and sides’ look - we’ll definitely return again.
