The crew: going to a new salon can be a little scary but everyone was very friendly and relaxed.

Megs: absolutely lovely. She did a decent job and I sure over time we will get my hair in shape …. literally. So sweet that she had done some research onto the look I was after. Would have been good to see some kind of colour chart for the hair colour, if one was available. Looking forward to my return visit. Mega is an asset to the salon.

The salon: omg, the lighting added an extra 10 year to my face, which given how tired I currently look wasn’t ideal. Could do with a pot of paint and a little dressing up. Appreciate the pennies count but even a few plants would help. People comment that the salon always looks closed. Previously I have been recommended to salons in Petersfield. If you invest in how the front of the salon looks I’m sure you’ll get more locals.

Summary: I’ve had a million hair disasters. Ive paid a fortune for bad hair cuts. All I want is a local, friendly salon where I can get appointment without 8 weeks notice and feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m hoping that with Megs I’ve found that. But there are so many things you could do to add to the experience….start with that green wall and lighting!

I’ve been coming to Emily for years; I won’t go to anyone else despite moving house and being further away! Emily does an amazing job on my roots and blends the highlights in so that it’s the most natural looking colouring. She’s fab!

Emily is very confident. She cuts my hair very well. I always feel pleased with what she has done. Emily knows I don’t want to have my hair coloured.
