What can I say!? This is a great hairdressers. Everyone is really friendly,happy and smiling. Ashleigh is a is an excellent stylist always welcoming and attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending Hair Design as THE place to visit to get the feel good factor!
Not keen on going to get my haircut, but really enjoyed this appointment. Had my hair washed too - something I usually prefer to avoid in a salon.

I visited Hair Design for the very first time on Saturday. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with incredible warmth and kindness. Amy talked me through my chosen hairstyle and assisted me with hair care tips which were manageable and realistic for my hair. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire appointment and thoroughly enjoyed the refreshments I was offered. Amy and Ashleigh also assisted me with choosing a nourishing shampoo that will not only care for my hair, but also help with my sensitive scalp. The ladies’ service was incredibly professional, friendly and thoughtful. I will definitely be returning! Thank you everyone for making me feel so welcomed and seen. 💜
I love how Zhanna talked me through everything and how my hair would lay, and how she made sure the end result was how i wanted it to be. After I gave myself a bad haircut, she did everything she could to fix it - and I love it! Thank you Zhanna x

Had my hair cut yesterday for first time in 3 1/2 years. Anna was brilliant - super friendly and eaay to chat to. I really felt listened to as discussed the
big chop! My new hair cut looks and feels great and an extra bonus was being able to donate my chopped off locks to the Little Princess Trust.

Anna was great asking lots of questions about how I normally wear/style my hair. She cut my hair exactly how she thought was best for my lifestyle. I was extremely pleased with the results and will definitely be visiting again in the future. The salon has such a nice feeling and all the staff are very friendly. It was nice to go somewhere that was so full of natural light and not artificial light, that always make me uncomfortable, when looking in the mirror. The owner has clearly thought a lot about customer experience and this is really shows
From someone who hasn’t had overly positive experiences with salons in recent years, Ashleigh was the first stylist I’ve ever had to actually listen and advise in perfect measures and to give an end result that completely exceeded my hopes! She genuinely made the whole appointment stress and hassle free and I am thrilled with a perfect bouncy cut and blow dry and really looking forward to the next stage of reviewing my colour in a few weeks time. The hugest of thank you’s!

My half-head of highlights was expertly carried out by Zhanna today - she has a lovely caring and thoughtful attitude and I felt very well looked-after by her and the others in the salon. The end result was perfect and Zhanna even gave my fringe a quick trim to make sure I was looking my best before I left. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Another fantastic haircut and colour with Amy. She always listens to exactly what I want and she also instinctively knows what will suit me. Amy is so meticulous taking her time getting the cut and colour to perfection.
Everyone at the salon are so super friendly which makes the whole experience very enjoyable.

Lovely hairdressers, all the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I have visited a couple of times and wouldn't go anywhere else now. I highly recommend Katelyn she is so nice and looks after you. Katelyn has cut my hair the best ive ever had it and she always makes you feel so welcome and always takes her time washing your hair, she also takes the time to tell you about the products she uses and nothing is too much trouble for her. As soon as you sit down she offers you tea or coffee. You feel extremely pampered and she gives the best head massage washing your hair, i never want to leave! Prices are very reasonable, easy parking across the road, i just cant recommend this hairdressers enough.

I moved to Winchester a couple of years ago but was visiting family and decided to book in an appointment at Hair Design as it used to be my favourite when I lived in New Milton. I was instantly reminded of why it was my favourite as they go above and beyond for every customer. They booked me in for a hair cut and a balayage for the following day. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Zhanna who made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. She was also extremely knowledgable about hair and talked me through every process and gave me great tips. Her attention to detail and her passion for hairdressing truly shine! The salon itself was warm and inviting and everyone was so friendly. The experience was enjoyable and I am very pleased with my hair. I will definitely have to come back when I’m next in the area.
