Studio 8 Beauty

Came in for gel removals and re paint. When I booked my appointment I changed it around a couple times and Carol was extremely helpful and accomodating. From entering the salon Carol was very friendly and you can tell she really enjoys her job, she made me feel very welcome just a super bubbly person. I had ***** do my nails she was nice although I didn't find her easy to chat to but I think that was just the age difference however she was friendly enough. I can't say I feel my nails were done to the highest standard, they seem very lumpy and messy around the edges however she did ask me numerous times throughout the treatment if they were okay and I said yes as I didn't want to complain or make a fuss so I do realise I should of said something at the time. I had a voucher and i wasn't happy about paying the remaining balance as I didn't feel completely happy at the end of the appointment.

Had my first appointment at Studio 8 this morning and both Jamie and Carol were very welcoming and friendly. Jamie put me at ease very quickly and was incredibly professional during my treatment and made me feel like a valued customer straight away. I don’t usually rebook before I’ve left following my first session at a new salon as I have often needed time to consider the treatment and service I have received, but this was not the case at Studio 8 - thank you so much, see you next time!

If you are nervous or anxious about having an intimate wax, you have to book in with Jaime. It’s like having a catch up chat with a friend.

First lash lift and tint with Jaime!! My lashes look amazing!!! Such an underrated treatment. Jaime is the best.
Plus got to the salon super early and was treated to a lovely cuppa and biscuit.

I go to Alice every time for my brow and Hollywood wax. She always does a perfect job and it’s the most painless wax I’ve ever had. Receptionist is always super friendly and the salon is well kept.

Jaime was absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable happy and relaxed and thank you for making my nails so beautiful!

Trying to grow my nails so decided to treat myself to a luxury voesh manicure. Sophie was really kind and reassuring. The hand mask and massage felt really luxurious and moisturising. Gel polish applied and looks fab. Everyone at the salon are always friendly and professional.

I have been coming here for the last 2/3 years and Alice is always happy, engaging and I always leave happy after my treatment. Carol is also always really helpful when booking in the following appointments and always happy and bubbly when first walking into the salon. Both are a credit to studio 8!!

So friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. First time going to studio 8 and I will be back and have already recommended to my friends :)

Absolutely top-notch facial today with lovely Jaime, a gifted facialist with an impressive knowledge of skincare and skin products. A self-confessed perfectionist, Jaime left my skin feeling fantastic, and looking glowing and springy, which I know from experience will get better and better, as the radio frequency treatment works its firming magic. Also had a really great mani from Jenny, a real treat. Thank you so much ladies! I will be back again soon!

I absolutely love coming to Studio 8 for my wax with Alice. She is utterly amazing at the wax I get, virtually painless and gets everything done in an efficient time but I never feel rushed. She is always so lovely and chats to me all the way through, I’m so pleased to have found Alice as a waxer and Studio 8 as the staff I have spoken to are always wonderful. 10/10 as always!
