Treatment was well explained to me beforehand which added to my excitement to get it done. I was asked what my past experiences for spa treatments had been before so she could make my time the most amazing I had. Serena made me feel reassured that I had come to the right salon to zone out. The treatment was heavenly and I couldn't recommend Serena and transition enough to anybody!

Transition is amazing as I was there for first time. Atmosphere was pleasant and the area extremely clean. Very warm greeting at entrance. Whole experience of facial treatment is so relaxing and the therapist Ms. Kayleigh is such a nice one with her service and Yes I had my next appointment as well for next month.
