Erica showed amazing customer service when I had an issue with my hair and even though it was their busiest time of the year Dan managed to sort it out and ensure I felt good for the festive celebrations . Thank you to you both .

I had an issue with my hair after I had it done and went in to chat to Erica. Her supportiveness in my issues were dealt with excellent customer service and I felt she truly understood why I had returned . It’s is the busiest time of the year for hairdresser but they managed to fit me in to correct my hair and make me feel good for my Christmas festivities. Dan -thank you really appreciate the quick fix you did . See you in the new year .

The salon always has a really lovely atmosphere and the staff are all really friendly. Chloe has been doing my hair for a few years now and I am so glad to have found someone who dose my hair just how I like it! Having been a hairdresser myself I am quite fussy when it comes to my hair! We definitely recommend the Salon and Chloe!

Was very lucky to get a last minute appointment today ( 17/12/24) with Keira. Being a new customer it’s always a bit nerve racking but Keira made me feel very comfortable and I had a lovely cut and blow dry and was really pleased with the outcome one. Lovely cup of coffee too. I love to see Dan as we work on my transition from red to natural hair colour! Dan understands my hair and what is needed to keep my curls healthy. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me create my new look. Still a way to go yet, but I'm enjoying the process.

I arrived with long extremely thick and unmanageable hair and asked for a much shorter bob, with loads of weight taken out and Dan worked his magic and I am chuffed to bits five stars for Dan 🤩
