Was very lucky to get a last minute appointment today ( 17/12/24) with Keira. Being a new customer it’s always a bit nerve racking but Keira made me feel very comfortable and I had a lovely cut and blow dry and was really pleased with the outcome one. Lovely cup of coffee too. Looking forward to next visit.

After my appointment had to be cancelled, Chloe took my appointment instead. She was fab- asked what my preferences are and did a beautiful job with my hair!

I love to see Dan as we work on my transition from red to natural hair colour! Dan understands my hair and what is needed to keep my curls healthy. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me create my new look. Still a way to go yet, but I'm enjoying the process.

I arrived with long extremely thick and unmanageable hair and asked for a much shorter bob, with loads of weight taken out and Dan worked his magic and I am chuffed to bits five stars for Dan 🤩

The whole experience was second to none. All the staff are so polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. Erica is amazing her talent and expertise is amazing.

Great cut as always but had colour and highlights today and love the results. Chloe really understood exactly what I hoped for.

I’m a new client to Francesco’s and I’ve been doing the rounds of local salons for a more time than I care to mention so my expectations weren’t high!
What can I say about Dan…
- on a personal level, what an absolutely lovely guy. We got on like a house on fire, whilst he was also very professional and caring and generally just an all round nice person.
-on a professional level -10/10 and A*! He was just superb…he made suggestions without being pushy, he listened to me and he coloured and cut my hair beautifully.
I never make repeat appointments weeks ahead of time…but I made a repeat appointment as I left the salon today.
To top it all, the salon is dog friendly!
An all round fabulous experience.
