I’m a new client to Francesco’s and I’ve been doing the rounds of local salons for a more time than I care to mention so my expectations weren’t high!
What can I say about Dan…
- on a personal level, what an absolutely lovely guy. We got on like a house on fire, whilst he was also very professional and caring and generally just an all round nice person.
-on a professional level -10/10 and A*! He was just superb…he made suggestions without being pushy, he listened to me and he coloured and cut my hair beautifully.
I never make repeat appointments weeks ahead of time…but I made a repeat appointment as I left the salon today.
To top it all, the salon is dog friendly!
An all round fabulous experience.

I had not been to this Salon before but read reviews and had often walked past and liked the feel of the place. I was very nervous about having my hair cut as previously been disappointed with haircuts I had had elsewhere. I seized the moment and phoned that morning and they went out of their way to fit me in, I felt that this was meant to be!

Kiera was very friendly and made me feel welcome. We spoke at length as to what I wanted, as I was having a restyle from very long hair that I had been growing the colour out for the last 2 years. My natural colour is now white and I wanted a style that would get rid of almost most of the dark brown that was left, something that looked a bit more modern!

Kiera did not disappoint, she was extremely professional and talked a lot about her love of cutting and her job which I found really interesting as I am a retired hairstylist of 10 years. All in all, I had a very enjoyable experience from the lovely hair wash and massage to the cutting and blow drying. I was seriously impressed with the end result and will certainly be visiting Kiera again. Success!!!

Dan completely understood what I wanted with my hair which was to soften the blonde, blend root and have more tone. He was amazing and my hair is exactly what I wanted and more, beautiful colour, shiny healthy hair and gorgeous cut - so beautiful xx
