Erica is smart, funny, and a great hairdresser. Always delighted with my hair. The colour is exactly why I wanted and she is a great stylist. Plus she always makes me laugh!!

Dan is a superstar, he knows just what you need to make a salon visit enjoyable. His expert knowledge giving me another brilliant hair cut!

I had not been to this Salon before but read reviews and had often walked past and liked the feel of the place. I was very nervous about having my hair cut as previously been disappointed with haircuts I had had elsewhere. I seized the moment and phoned that morning and they went out of their way to fit me in, I felt that this was meant to be!

Kiera was very friendly and made me feel welcome. We spoke at length as to what I wanted, as I was having a restyle from very long hair that I had been growing the colour out for the last 2 years. My natural colour is now white and I wanted a style that would get rid of almost most of the dark brown that was left, something that looked a bit more modern!

Kiera did not disappoint, she was extremely professional and talked a lot about her love of cutting and her job which I found really interesting as I am a retired hairstylist of 10 years. All in all, I had a very enjoyable experience from the lovely hair wash and massage to the cutting and blow drying. I was seriously impressed with the end result and will certainly be visiting Kiera again. Success!!!

Dan completely understood what I wanted with my hair which was to soften the blonde, blend root and have more tone. He was amazing and my hair is exactly what I wanted and more, beautiful colour, shiny healthy hair and gorgeous cut - so beautiful xx

Great appointment with Erica who fully understands the problem of having thick hair. Would definitely recommend. Always a great atmosphere in the salon with the girls including the ever helpful receptionist.

Always a good experience. Love the head massage. Chloe knows my hair but always asks how I want it. Had some more layers added to my curly hair and dried under lights to avoid any frizz

Kiera did an excellent job cutting and blow drying my hair. I am really so pleased. She is such a friendly person to speak to and I would give my first experience, at Francescos, top marks. A very talented young lady.

I was recommended to try Jasmine by a friend whose hair looked the best I’d ever seen it look before. I was not disappointed she did a lovely job and I thought she was also a lovely girl very friendly. I will be back 😃

Traffic made me late for my appointment but Chloe arranged for another stylist to colour my hair while she did the cut and blow dry. She’s always friendly and bubbly, we had a giggle as usual. I’m very happy with my hair.

Hello everybody, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with you guys on the 03rd with my favourite man Dan from the minute I walked in until the minute I left I was treated with professionalism and a good old chat. He’s been my colourist and stiylist for a little while now and I’m certainly not going anyway. We’re having a little spruce up for summer and I can’t wait. Everybody at the salon are highly skilled and a lovely bunch of people. Very very happy would definitely recommend xx

Dan really understands my curls. He has worked wonders on my problem hair, which was very damaged, over processed, and very frizzy. He has bought it back to life! I love going to the Salon, everyone is very friendly. Mel gives a fabulous hair wash.

Another wonderful appointment with Dan. I went in with an idea of how I wanted my hair cut but listened to Dan’s recommendation as previously he has known just what I wanted done. Unbeknown to him I had a photo on my phone of how I wanted my hair to look. After he finished and showed me how the cut looked - I showed him the picture on my phone and it was just what I was going to ask him to do! Would never hesitate to recommend Dan.
