Kiera made a real effort to make my 4 year old daughter feel at ease. She gave her a lovely haircut and finished it off with a smart hair braid ready for a pool party. We’ll be back again.

I’ve been coming to FG for quite a few years now but felt the need to write a review today as the service was fantastic. Georgie did a great job of my colour (root smudge and toner to ashy blonde) and Dan also helped with advice and ideas which is always lovely. Millie did my wash twice and as someone who absolutely hates being at the basins, I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had. She took care with washing my hair, was really aware of my neck (which always gets sore and uncomfortable at the basin) and wasn’t afraid to get stuck in with a really nice head massage as well. I was really impressed as I believe she’s only been with FG for about 6 months. The girl who did my blow dry (really sorry I can’t remember her name) was also on hand to help with my toner as my hair is long and takes a while but I felt it was quicker today and didn’t take as long as it sometimes does. So really it was a team effort! Thank you

Erica at Francesco, previously Scissors, has been making my flimsy hair look wonderful for over 10 years - several different colours, variations on the same style, treatments, advice, always listening and remembers things I have mentioned before. I love my hair when I leave the salon and feel really lucky to have found a professional who understands my whims and needs. A friendly, welcoming, helpful salon.
