Slightly nervous of visiting a new salon after a bad experience elsewhere, but I couldn't be happier that I chose William Guy. Everyone was very friendly and professional, from the receptionist who arranged my appointment, to the lovely lad who washed my hair and made me tea, to Emily herself. Emily listened carefully, and gave me the colour and cut that was exactly what I hoped for.
Lovely atmosphere in the salon and everything bright and clean with Covid measures in place.
Will definitely be returning!

Went in to get my hair as usual (after 12 years) to get my old colour put back was told this gell would lighten my hair her words I am sure it will well that cost me £55 my hair looks no different.

I’m always over the moon with my hair with Emily, its exactly what I ask for and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sorry I have to leave this review its nothing personal and with a few tweaks could be improved but my hair rinse was more like a full shower today.

Very Happy with my colour, cut & finish today. Always super friendly, plentiful supply of coffee and above all a superb finish.

Very good experience. Salon busy and everyone was wearing a mask. I only had a vet simple trim and paid £69 !!! Very expensive so regrettably will not return as £69 for a trim is extortionate.

Emily is a very professional with a lovely and funny personality. She is also very attentive and remembers your requirements. Highly recommended!

I recently relocated from North London in June 2021 and after 40 yrs of using the same hair stylist, I was very anxious about finding someone new to manage and maintain my hair care.
After reading positive reviews on Williamguy, I took the brave step and made my first appointment for a cut with a bleach and lift. This was back in June and all my concerns were brushed away after my first visit. Sam one of the top stylist cut my hair and Kat, the chief colourist gave me the look that I was exactly looking for.
I have been back several times since and have never been disappointed.
The whole team provide a great customer experience within a friendly and happy atmosphere from the receptionist to the supporting staff. You are made to feel special and pampered. from the moment you step into the door. Well done to William and his team for providing an amazing customer experience.

Kat has given me a great haircut. It’s so good to feel well groomed again.

Came in for a scalp bleach and a toner , as always always made to feel welcome and relaxed . The end results were exactly what I wanted . No better hairdresser in my opinion
