As always - Lorraine was very attentive. Made to feel welcome. All staff very friendly. It is lovely to be pampered for an hour!

Lovely people, very good management. They manage to make me look slightly better ( which is a tall order) but always leave feeling better!

Jess is a super hairdresser. She always remembers what I like/don’t like for my hair. Jess has that great ability to combine professionalism with friendliness. She always makes me feel welcome and gives me great advice regarding how to get the best out of my hair. Excellent service, I would highly recommend her.

As always William has given me a great haircut. He is really good at cutting and I would recommended him and the Team if your looking for a good haircut and colour.

My colour was done by Kat and c/b by William. It is a wonderful salon to relax in and I always leave looking forward to my next appointment. All the staff are friendly and very professional. The best salon I have ever experienced and there have been many.

Normally have Fiona though on occasion have had Kat or Jess. All three are capable and very nice. They go the extra mile at William Guy. Would definitely recommend.

Had a complete change from the first visit about 2 years ago from blonde to red. Now to blue black with a flash of more bluiness. Love it thank you all for your time and endless fab coffee. I look forward to my appointments always and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

As always I was looked after very well today when I went to have a hair cut. The girls who shampoo always check that the water temp is to your liking and give a relaxing head massage when putting conditioner or treatments in your hair. Everyone is very friendly and clients are usually welcomed by name on arrival which is no mean feat for such a busy salon!
If you want a professional friendly service you won’t find anywhere better than William Guys.
