I was really nervous as I was having a big change that was long overdue but kat surpassed my expectations.

William kindly fitted me in as I had to bring my appointment forward.

I've swear I've been going to William Guy's since William was in short trousers! Over the years I have been travelling and moved away from Ringwood but an appointment at WG's is always the first thing in my diary when I come back. Everyone is so friendly, the stylists are highly trained, skilled and enthusiastic about their jobs. My hair is both permed and coloured for years so it has been treated harshly - however when I leave WG's salon it always feels restored and healthy. William and Lorraine in particular are both at the top of their profession. To all prospective new clients - do yourself a favour and book an appointment at WG's Hairdressing.

Every time I see kat she is always smiling! Kat never fails to grasp what I want and the results are always amazing! The atmosphere is always so friendly and welcoming and all the staff are always helpful and lovely! X

Nothing like a really good cut and blow dry to lift your spirits. As always, I received lots of compliments from friends and colleagues the next day. Lorraine is excellent with the scissors.
