Amazing attention to detail and care

My usual stylist wasn’t available
So I had been put with another
She listened to my requirements and did a good job
The salon was busy but I was dealt with very well
Staff at till knowledgable and helpful

Normally have Fiona though on occasion have had Kat or Jess. All three are capable and very nice. They go the extra mile at William Guy. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming here for several years and have always been looked after well always friendly and make you welcome whenever you are their .

As always, I left William Guy's looking 15 years younger....I don't know how he does it!! 10/10

Always pleased with my colour, cut and blow dry at William Guy Salon. Lovely atmosphere and really lovely staff.

Had a complete change from the first visit about 2 years ago from blonde to red. Now to blue black with a flash of more bluiness. Love it thank you all for your time and endless fab coffee. I look forward to my appointments always and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lorraine always cuts my hair brilliantly and makes me feel 19 years younger! She is meticulous and very friendly and I wouldn't want to have anyone else cut my hair. She had better not ever retire!

Having had to cancel several appointments I was pleased to get back to the salon and the familiar friendly faces (sorry, too much alliteration there).
Came away with a lovely cut and enjoyed a Prosecco in the process. Cheers!

As always I was looked after very well today when I went to have a hair cut. The girls who shampoo always check that the water temp is to your liking and give a relaxing head massage when putting conditioner or treatments in your hair. Everyone is very friendly and clients are usually welcomed by name on arrival which is no mean feat for such a busy salon!
If you want a professional friendly service you won’t find anywhere better than William Guys.

Always wonderful , great hairdressers, from colour, cut and service. Lovely staff and a glass of Prosecco, what’s not to like!

As ever great service, wonderful atmosphere. The team all look after customers so well and are genuinely interested in you. They even laugh at my bad jokes! Well done William and the team for creating the best salon experience in the area.

Another great visit today. Highlights by Kat and blow dry by Becki. I have long hair which tangles easily and they are always mindful of this and take care when washing and drying.

My first visit to the salon was good! All very professional staff from the receptionist to my stylist. Sam did a really good cut and actually stayed on later to finish my blow dry ... even though I arrived very late! Thank you x

The whole salon experience all the little touches the salon has, the team are all friendly, it's clean and tidy everything is really really lovely and it's honestly the best salon I've ever been to!!
