First time with William and very pleased with the consultation to begin with and the fabulous haircut would recommend to everyone

This was my first cut with Emily and I was about to embark on a 19 night cruise and a bad cut would have been a disaster. I admit I was a little nervous. However, I needn’t have been she made a super job of it and I will be a lot more relaxed next time. So thank you Emily and I look forward to seeing you for our next appointment in November.

I came to Halle a short while ago needing a disaster colour ( done elsewhere) corrected but in a hurry as just about to go to a wedding. Halle was unfazed by the task and did an interim rescue which was great. Today she did the total redo that was needed and I could not be more pleased. Halle has a lovely, mature, experienced presence for one so early in her career and in my opinion is hugely skilful.
I only moved to this area in the Spring and I know now who my hairdresser will be for as long as possible! Thanks so much to all involved in my care today.

The whole session was a pleasure, Hames tge trainee was so polite and attentive, clearly keen to learn and he will be a brilliant stylist when he finishes his training. William did an excellent cut and perm and left the salon feeling fresh and renewed. You never fail to turn a bad hair day into a “I feel good day”

My hair was a mess! Lorraine gave my hair a lovely massage with shampoo then trimmed my hair followed by a blow dry perfectly. The whole procedure was so relaxing and enjoyable. The coffee was good too!

I came in for a consultation on Wednesday regarding my very unhappy colour situation (done elsewhere.)I felt entirely confident in the confident, knowledgeable and reassuring way what could be done to correct it was explained - really important to me after my previous disappointment with a hairdresser elsewhere.
I left the consultation with an appointment booked the following day - so relieved it would be done before an important social event this weekend.
When I arrived to have the colour done Halle greeted me and was fully informed and all set to do what was discussed.
I left the salon delighted with what Halle achieved- restoring my hair to just how I like it - thank you so much.

Lorraine took lots of time - as always- ensuring perfection!
