Great experience today as always. Everyone is so friendly at the salon and they use amazing products. Halle has done my highlights for me a few times now and I’m always very pleased with them as she does exactly what I ask for . Also had two lovely lattes when I was in there :)

I arrived for my colour looking dull and drab and left looking and feeling like a million dollars. Following a consultation with William (a month ago) and a chat on the day with Jess, she and Halle between them transformed my hair and look, way above my expectations. I cannot thank them enough! This is a highly skilled team who are also warm, welcoming and professional. They listen as well as advise. All round, a wonderful experience (and I LOVE my hair)!

I walked in with no appointment and was greeted by a very friendly young man who found a stylist ( Halle)for me. Halle was so helpful and knowledgeable with ideas for my hair. She did a great cut and styled it for my party tonight! She put me at ease and was really friendly. The young lady on reception was lovely too! I highly recommend this friendly happy salon! Plus you get to have a cuddle with Humphrey ( the cute little dog in the window)!

Fabulous haircut - Lorraine is a dream

I asked William for something slightly different to my normal cut today. I am thrilled with it! Also got a great book recommendation which I've now ordered on Amazon.

Went into the salon with my own ideas of what I wanted but guided by Jess on what was best for my hair and the condition . And she gave lots of advice on hair care too . Always chatty and friendly and offered plenty of hot drinks

As always greeted with smiles and a warm welcome . My hair is beautifully cut and within minutes of leaving the Salon people were commenting on my hair saying how they loved it.

Both teenage granddaughters were in need of a “back to school” hair trim. Both have long hair, (one much longer than the other) with the challenge met by Lorraine & Halle.
Granddaughters absolutely thrilled with their styling, not too short, one left with her bouncy curls & the other with her long locks feeling smooth & silky. Partying in the new year with family & friends , both feeling absolutely fabulous, thanks to Lorraine & Halle at William Guy ?
