When you walk in to Gaudions you know your in good hands. A relaxed cheerful personable environment. Which is very important. A great repore with every client. Which I imagine is lead by the boss.

Emily did my hair. She listens cheerfully and doesn't appear to be on the clock. She's relaxed and had a very good way with people this shows intelligence and people skills can't always be learned. She keeps the conversation just at the right level. These skills are so important. Her cuttting is just right and the colouring is brilliant. You feel like your hair is healthy once she's done her magic on your hair.

I've moved from the area and couldn't find these qualities in other salons so now I travel to come to Gaudions.

Very good as always. Excellent customer relations and rapport. Welcome, offer of coffee and chair all good. Hair washed well and included head massage. Friendly atmosphere without being imposing. Folow-up appointment booked on date of my chosing

Made to feel welcome on arrival and really comfortable throughout and really great hair cut as well. Generally I'm quiet picky on hairdressers and willing to spend a lot but didn't need to as really good value.

busy atmosphere, all staff occupied all the time..each lady seemed to be suited to the client..younger ones carrying out instructions from seniors without hesitation. Happy background and clients appeared happy with results and remarks heard suggested they would return

I had my hair done at Gaudions on Tuesday 30th, a restyle and half head of highlights. While I loved the cut, I was disappointed with the highlights unfortunately. I found them to be quite streaky and far apart, and start from quite a way from the root, so I already look like I need them done again. Friends have commented that there 'patches' as well. I've been having highlights for years and they have always blended really nicely into the rest of my hair.

I've just been to have colour and cut with Natalie who was so wonderful along with her colleague who spent 45mins going through with me what kind of colour and cut I wanted. I'm v happy with my new cut and colour and nothing was too much trouble for them so I would highly recommend gaudions to anybody because of their expertise, friendliness and wonderful servcice.

Nice hairdresser, took great care in my daughters trim and blow dry , my daughter was very happy
