I was a Fliquè competition winner and chose to have a balayage by Beth! She was absolutely amazing! Hair has gone a beautiful colour and way better than I expected. The cut was perfect and I can’t thank her enough. I will definitely be returning to this salon it’s my new favourite. THANKYOU GIRLS

First time at Flique so I booked a consultation with Bethany to talk about changing my colour and style. She was so friendly and very helpful so I’ve booked in to have a cut and colour in a few weeks with her. Such a gorgeous salon, can’t wait to go back.

Had a great wash cut and blow dry by Bethany today. Really pleased , she took the time to check it was cut and styled beautifully. Has great talent. Felt really safe, Bethany wore a visor and the salon was really clean, with doors open for ventilation. Been recently refurbished, looks great and spacious. Thank you Bethany.

Came in today for the first time after covid. The staff were lovely and friendly and welcome you very warmly. I saw Megan today who was really lovely and gave good advise and done a very good job on my hair

I feel terrible leaving a bad review as it was my stylists’ first day in the job (I can’t remember her name).

I booked an appointment with who I thought was my stylist at La’ Ora and had a call to say she had gone on maternity leave, only to find out later that the salon has completely changed hands so my hairdresser wouldn’t have been there anyway. I reluctantly rebooked my appointment, the lady on the phone more or less told me a time rather than asked me what suited.

On the day of my appointment I didn’t receive a text or email to say the time of my appointment. I called ahead as I couldn’t remember if it was 6:30pm or not. It went straight to answer phone and I didn’t get a call back. When it hit 6:15 I had a call to tell me I was late, i apologised profusely and said I only live around the corner so can be there in 2. The lady on the phone was really rude and blunt, making me feel even worse. I asked her to rebook it for 4:30 the next day and at the end of the call she said ‘see you at 4:45!’ Confusing.

When I did eventually have my cut, four or so young stylists were at the reception, which I thought would’ve made an older customer feel a little awkward.

The salon was a bit messy with a used mask and hair on the floor, one of the stylists cleaned this up before inviting me for my cut.

My hair wash was more of a shower and was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It got all in my ears and when I sat back on my chair it was literally dripping all over my face and the stylist didn’t seem to pay any attention to it?

The stylist was friendly but sometimes it was as though she wasn’t paying attention or interested in the conversation.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back, sadly. These processes really need to be looked at for the salon to thrive and that is something that would be nice to see for the local area.

Megan cut and styled my hair perfectly! The salon is so lush and boujee and all the girls age so so lovely, I’ll definitely be back!!

I had my hair done by Danielle and she was amazing. Gave me the perfect colour I was after, really chatty and made me feel welcome. She also managed to get me booked in for extensions with Leah the same weekend to made sure it was done for my night out!! 100% would recommend x

Came in with a terrible haircut that was done at another salon. It was so uneven and just a mess. Bethany completely saved my hair and it looks so good. All staff really friendly!

It is a really nice place to go for a haircut, very relaxed and staff are all very pleasant. Bethany did a great job, and within the allotted time as well. Definitely recommend.
