We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your visit to our salon. I believe your usual stylist is Claire, who is still employed under the new ownership. I can confirm that Claire is on Maternity leave and so we did our best to accommodate all of her clients the best we could.
Your comment regarding the hair and face mask would have been from your stylists previous client and as you said, was cleaned before you were invited over.
On our system, you have to opt into text messages for reminders of your appointment. If you would like us to manually opt you in please give us a call and we can do that for you to save any confusion in the future.
Although you have commented on the age of the staff within the salon , all of our staff are very friendly/welcoming to all clients and we pride ourselves on cleanliness and making our clients feel welcome.
