Although I was pleased with my gel nails, I was not pleased being overcharged! After discussing with the manager, I was given a refund. I will not be returning however.

Got myself a little manipedi for self care, but initially had to move my appointment after an emergency vet appointment. I was served by two girls, the first girl's name I didn't catch but she even remembered why I moved my appointment and checked in. My nails look fantastic, my objectively hideous feet look presentable and cute and I would fully recommend.
LGBTQA+ friendly staff, this is a welcome safe space, service is good and friendly. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful.

Very disappointing to be honest. Booked with a Groupon voucher - Half head of highlights, cut and blow-dry. was called in to have the dye test and to discuss what I wanted in the hair - I had highlights before, but had some 5cm roots so I said I wanted the same done in just half the head and same tone - so they said i would need bleach and toning, so I said that ok if that is what i need is good. The day of the appointment i mentioned that I didnt want product all over my hair, just in the highlights, and they said that they will "run" the product through the highlights so the other hair will be ok. They did the bleaching with foils, washed my hear (everyone else was asked if they wanted a hair massage and I wasn't asked anything) and then applied the product. Then I got a cut and a blowdry - they took pictures - upon leaving, they told me that I needed to pay £20.81 for the tonner they used. I said that at no point I was made aware that the tonner would cost extra and she said to me "sorry, i thought i mentioned it, your hair looks lovely anyway"... i tried to argue it but i was furious, So i paid and left. My hair looked very blonde, when i got home i had a good look at what they did and now it looks like i have 2 hairs, the top is blond with blonder highlights and the bottom is my brunette colour with the soft brown highlights i had in the past. I washed my hair, and honestly could not run my fingers through it. Added 2 loads of conditioner and still was hard to brush. Now my hair looks and feels like hay. its all burned and some of the highlights don't even have the colour, its plain bleached hair. So so disappointed. One tried to treat themselves and goes wrong like this. Never again. Just be careful with what they do to you, and ask what everything costs because they "forget to mention it".
Visiting family and needed a stylist who specialised in blonde hair. Leon was not only welcoming and friendly but managed to get my blonde perfect and I absolutely loved the cut too! I'd highly recommend!

Leon was amazing, we had a consultation where he listened and took on board what I wanted to achieve. He was honest and upfront about time, number of sessions and cost. The appointment itself was great, Leon guided me through the options and gave me his professional opinion.
