Good chat, great haircut - best I’ve had in months. First visit to this salon

No complaints regarding cut/colour or blow dry but my top was soaked during the washing off of my colour which was less than ideal I fed this back to my stylist who has apparently dealt with this issue.

As always Jason has produced a wonderful head of hair. I wish I could tuck him into my suitcase and take him away with me to South Africa

The staff is very friendly and it seems that they know what you really want. I have my hair cut by Katie, she is very nice and friendly and she did a very nice job, she did just what I wanted. Thank you.

I was totally in love with Toni and guy till I went to do Balayage, the stylist was ***** who didn’t know what I want at all .By showing her the pics she still mess up my hair , as it looks like a straight dye instead of a proper Balayage . First she did the bleach and Toner which was a total disaster and I had to ask her to change by showing her the colour I asked before .so she decided to change after the whole blow dry as I have pretty long hair .... after 4 hours I got a little bit of the shade in my hair I wanted and it looked good with the blow dry but when I came home and washed after my hair doesn’t look good at all and it doesn’t look like a balayage at all just a straight dye ... totally disappointed with the service and also the price they tell you in the price list is 80 for the balayage and I have long hair so she asked it would be £10 more I said okay but they charge you £20 for the toner which should to be written in the prise list coz you can never do the colour without toner ,at the end they charge me £110 for the balayage , as I would mind paying if my hair would look good as it doesn’t .

I made this appointment as I wanted to get my roots done and then dye all the hair grey. At the consultation, I was told it might not be perfect, but that "we can totally make it grey, although it might be a darker grey". The color I got today is nowhere near close to grey or dark grey. It is a mix between grey, blue/purple (I can't really tell) and blonde. This is by far the worst color (colors) I've ever had.
I was supposed to have my appointment today at 10:45. Although I arrived on time, I had to wait for 20 minutes for ***** to show up. I had the roots bleached and then I guess she applied a toner (nobody was really telling me what was going on). After that I was told I was going to have another toner applied after Hannah would cut my hair. i would like to take the time and thank Hannah (who was lovely)for the great haircut. After the cut, I had another toner applied and then got my hair dried, paid and left. I didn't complain at all in the salon, because the light was not strong enough and I couldn't really tell what the actual color was, but when I got home I was shocked to see that I actually have 3 colors.
Not to mention that while I was getting my hair washed nobody asked me if the water was too hot or too cold and I had to tell them twice that the water was way too hot.
I've been dying my hair grey to one year, although not at this salon and I must say that I have never had it done this bad before.
I will definitely never come back to get my hair dyed at your salon.

Jason is a fantastic hairdresser. I have been going to him for haircuts for the past 5 years and he always does a thorough consultation and we discuss the options. I thoroughly recommend him.

After putting off getting my hair cut after a bad experience elsewhere, I decided to book in with Jason. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in! Although I know what I want, I can be quite indecisive about some things but Jason was really patient with me, talking me through what will look best & how to style my hair at home. Even discussing potential future cuts. He made me feel at ease and gave me a style that I'm proud to walk around with!

Salon quite cold being a Monday morning

The cut is so precise and the styling is spot on. It looks smart and feels fresh. Brilliant!

I had thick curly hair down to my bum and was ready to go for the chop. Other hairdressers have always been nervous about cutting so much length off of my hair but Karly listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my new shoulder length hair full of volume and beautiful curls. Karly also gave me lots of tips for styling and using a diffuser. It’s so hard to find a hairdresser who can handle curly hair so we’ll so I will definitely be coming back.

I had a my hair restyled and I couldn’t be happier with the excellent cut and professionalism of Jason and his friendly approach I will be a regular customer from now from now on . I’m a x hairstylist myself and know quality and skill.
