TONI&GUY Southampton

Very disappointing colour change that has resulted in me having to go to another Toni and Guy salon to have it fixed.

Really pleased with the result of my colour. I was a bit unsure but Brooklyn was obviously very knowledgeable & I knew I could trust her judgement!

An underwhelming experience. Impersonal salon, no atmosphere. Staff not interested in me as the customer , felt conveyor belt hair dressing. Discrepancy between website and mobile site leading to uncomfortable situation at the til.

No discussion or answers to questions and I walked out with haircut like her own

I love that I can walk into the saloon and Hannah always remembers things about me, such as what I do for a living. I’d imagine listening to people drone on all day long must be tiresome, so those little details, for me, mean a lot. I like that I can tell Hannah what I’m trying to achieve with me hair and she just gets it! First class service with a smile and a laugh! Toni & Guy are such good value for money. 15/10 guys! ????

Alex always makes a visit to the salon such a lovely experience, and he’s transformed my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the cut and colour, he’s so talented!

Despite being almost 20 minutes late the staff were all very relaxed & accommodating especially considering I had my 6 year old daughter with me.

Alex created an amazing soft root drag on me, blending with a gorgeous ash blonde tone. Always amazing service.

When I arrived with my sun enhanced blond I discussed this with Alex and he listened to my concerns sensitively. He went on to create a fantastic colour for me I am delighted with the look. I left the saloon feeling great and having booked my next appointment!

Jason was amazing and restyled my hair but made sure I understood what he was doing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered to restyle it with my needs in mind.

Alex is the only person who knows me well enough to colour and cut my hair exactly as I like it. I trust his opinion and view on everything hair related! And I love our conversations :-)

I love my hairdresser Alex he is wonderful and just cuts my naturally curly hair to perfection always! Always get great service and results from him. He is my man! Just wish I had him every morning to do my hair
