I had highlights touched up and Nichola was as great as ever. She listened, we discussed, she delivered. Really happy with the clout and I will definitely return to her next time.

My only issue is that I was left with a trainee to blow dry my hair. In itself, not a big problem, trainees have to learn. However, after having my head stabbed a few times with clips, having the hairdryer cord wrapped around me several times, and losing some of my hair to her interesting brushing style, I was then asked to pay over full price (quoted £60, paid £66). I would have thought that having a trainee involved would warrant a conversation and a slightly discounted price.

I have been coming to Hannah for over 10years, wouldn’t have anyone else do my hair! Brilliant... as always!

Great welcome. Good consultation regarding what I preferred. Rachel really listened to the challenges of my curly hair and the style I like. The girl who washed my hair was kind and polite. Lovely coffee. Great chat with Rachel although she still concentrated on my hair. It’s a great cut and style really neat and makes me feel good. This is not a one off visit and all of the care, atmosphere, cutting and styling etc is consistent. Big thanks to them all

I had a colour appointment with Nikky today. I felt very welcomed the second I walked into the salon. The atmosphere is a chilled out but highly professional vibe. I was greeted by Nikky, most hairdressers would just get you into their chair and start snipping away. Nikky actually took the time to have a chat with me first as to what I’d like done today, throughout my entire appointment, I felt informed and confident about my hair. Nikky made suggestions but never took over in terms of what I wanted. The outcome was a very very beautiful one, she exceeded my expectations with her expertise and skills. I am beyond startstruck as to what Nikky can do! She is the one and only whom I can trust will do a fab job colouring my hair. The entire team at TG are all amazing and so professional. Thank you so much! X

I had a cut with Jason and a colour with Alex and could not have asked for a better experience. They were both so lovely and helped me figure out the perfect hairstyle for me. The results are fantastic and I couldn't be happier! Will recommend to everyone!

Nichola not only gave me amazing highlights which brightened me up but also was very understanding when my husband brought our hungry baby in for me to breastfeed. They offered me extra drinks and were so great about it
