Brilliant haircut as always

I had my hair cut, cleansed and then a full head of highlights and I couldn't fault Alex with any of it. I turned up with a very vague idea of what I wanted and Alex then figured out the best length and colour for my hair - which now looks so much better than when I first entered! Very professional and efficient, no complaints.

First cut here, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful all round. Turned up quite early and seen straight away. Explained very vaguely what I liked and showed Sophie a few photos, from there she helped me figure out length & style, gave loads of helpful styling tips and end result was ridiculous. I had asked for a mens cut and she sincerely listened - ended up better than what I wanted! Hair looks & feels brilliant. Definitely would recommend.

I feel like the title of this review

I asked for a uniform color but it ended up with a too dark color on the root and very light at the end. Also it took 40 min just to dry my hair. I won’t come back.

Karly was very friendly, and listened to what I wanted. She was very skilled, and I'm very happy with the result.

My stylists name didn't come up on the option above but it was Carly. I rebook with her every time as she listens to what I want and executes it well. She is very friendly without being over the top and just provides a great service. Highly recommend

From the moment I came, everyone were polite, nice and with smile on their face.

As akways I enjoyed my visit. Tbe Staff are lovely and friendly. Michelle has been cutting my hair for 15 months now. She knows my hair and which styles suit me. She also makes sure my hair style suits my life style. 5 minutes to dry and style.

Alex is a genius colourist and stylist!

Really welcoming, Nicola did a great job on my colour exactly what I asked for and Alex did a great job with my Cut as well.

I’d previously been a client of Alex’s for years until I moved out of the area and foolishly thought I would box dye my hair myself. After using dark colours for ages, I wanted a drastic change and Alex is the only technician I would trust to do this. I went back and within 8 hours, I’d gone from black to icy blonde and absolutely love it! My hair looks healthy after a lot of lifting and I couldn’t be happier.
Alex always gives great advice on how to care for your hair and made those 8 hours entertaining. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
