Brillyant balayage colour by Alex. Very good service and the best colour I have had - so pleased I don’t need to trek up to Jo Hansford in London- the best is right here in Southampton.

As always Jason, and his assistant has excelled!! Jason best quality is his listening ability. He listens then cuts according to specification....he is brilliant!! The staff at reception as also cheerful and happy to oblige!

Hannah did her usual amazing job on my colour and cut. All the staff at T&G Southampton are really talented and the girl with the pink hair who washed my hair made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Excellent experience as always.

Rachel did an excellent job & is so a lovely person. The hair treatment beforehand wasn't worth £15 in my opinion, I had been looking forward to the head massage and it lasted about 3 mins :( The lad on the front desk is fantastic, very professional yet friendly, personable, attentive & thoughtful, a real asset as these qualites are rarely found in customer service these days.

Had an awesome haircut from Alex today, a total whizz with a pair of scissors. All the staff were friendly from the moment I entered the salon and I've already made next appointment! See you soon!

Met at the door with a friendly smile as always! It’s one of the things that makes TONI & GUY a lovely place to be this early on a Saturday morning. My hair wash was particularly lovely today, my products questions were answered (I’m nosey) and then the amazingly talented Hannah set about my unruly locks (she’s a hair ninja with those scissors) and I’ve just left the salon feeling like the best tressed person in the land! You guys make the best cuppa anywhere too! I was also able to buy a new hairdryer (my last one has lasted 5 yrs) and for a discount too! 11/10!!! ?

I was so pleased with the service I received . I was given a lovely welcome. Then Nicki and Michele did wonders for my colour and cut . What a great team . The girl who washed my hair did the best head massage I have ever had . Amazing and worth every penny . Thank you

Nicky at Southampton did a fab job once more of sorting my colout. Having used her for a year my work took me out of Southampton so I used a different hairdresser. Was never as good as Nicky and really needed sorting. Now I'm back I went to Nicky and I'm thrilled with how it looks just after a t-section. She has magic hands and great talent....so glad I'm back to her. Thank you Nicky xx

Rachel did an excellent cut but I had to wait 15 mins after the start time of the appointment even though the salon was empty! It wasn’t busy and I wasn’t updated on why there was a delay. I think in future the client should be kept informed.

Lovely afternoon getting my colour done by Brooklyn, now looking fabulous and shiny ?. Also had great cut by one of the trainers. She was quite quiet but I think she said her name is Chantelle. Apologies if I misheard.

Jason (owner/manager) & Alex (colourist), are a very talented duo. Toni & Guy hairdressers are trained differently from all other hairdressers. Every customer walks out looking fabulous. I can highly recommend. If you are considering visiting for the first time, but aren't sure, book a blow dry with Jason. I've been using T&G, in various UK locations for nearly 30 years.

Excellent took time with me. Not rushing. Glad to have found Toni&Guy.

I've been going to Toni&Guy Southampton branch for just over a year. After few haircuts and hair colours I can openly stay it's my favourite hair studio. Alex has a lovely personalised approach to his customers which doesn't make you feel like you're just another random customer. He has great suggestions and extensive experience in creating lovely and naturally looking balayage. Will be booking my colour appointment very soon! Its really worth paying that extra few pounds.
