Jodie is always a delight. She does a fantastic haircut, and we have such a great conversation every time. Sadly this was my last haircut as I'm leaving the country, and I'm not sure I'll find a better hairdresser elsewhere! I absolutely recommend that you see Jodie for your hair.

I really enjoyed my haircut and so pleased with how it turned out. Jodie was lovely and so patient with my hair, and took her time to make sure it was right for me.

Jason is an experienced stylist who really has an eye for details. He knew exactly what I wanted. He also made me very comfortable during the session . We had great conversations that an hour flew by with a beautiful cut in the end. He is just amazing!

Having booked an appointment by phone for a £52 each cut for 2 people I was contacted 5 days later to be told that my stylist, Jodie, was unavailable and that there was NOBODY in that day who could cut the hair at that price. For an a day almost 3 weeks ahead ?? Really ?? ? So much for customer service. I smell more of a cheap sales tactic. Particularly when the website allows 'any stylist' to be available to cut at that price, just that you can't pick a particular one. The correct response is to honour your original price on the day not force the customer to change/trade up. I usually use T&G in another location and will be taking my business and that of my partner elsewhere. Very poor service.

Hi, I received this, however I went to the Winchester salon, not Southampton on 8 July but there was an error on the booking system at Winchester. So all a bit disappointing.

The Winchester stylist could not be more helpful though and switched her clients around to fit me in.

After my visit, I then was texted and asked for feedback for the Southea salon on the he same dayand thanked for my visit!

All a bit odd really. Clearly something went wrong on the T&G end!

I have been a customer of this salon for many years, usually very impressed, but was not completely happy today

I had the most amazing experience at the salon yesterday, Jason really took the time to consult me properly on what would best suit my hair type my face shape etc rather than just saying ‘oh that’ll look great” he talked me through every step making me feel comfortable about where we were heading with the style
My actual cut is beeeaaauuutiful & I am so happy with the whole experience, thank you Jason il be back soon

From the moment I arrived in the salon, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable; nothing was too much trouble. Fast forward I have stunning champagne blonde hair and a precision short hair cut, which was dressed to perfection.
I LOVE it, easy to maintain with great product advice and simple booking system for returning in 4-6 weeks, I can’t wait.

Jason is always welcoming, very professional, gives very good advice. My hair is damaged due to using hair straightener, he gave me proper advice, and suggested suitable products, which helped a lot. I went to him for my haircut and I'm going to go regularly in the future. My son is also his regular customer. His skills are brilliant and admiring. Thank you Jason.

Had my hair blow dried wavy by Jodie, it looks amazing, I don't know how she gets it so wavy by just blowdrying, really pleased!!

I’ve been coming to Jason for a few years now, and even though I’ve moved an hour away I still make the drive every 6 weeks to see him. He’s attentive, friendly, listens to what I want and most importantly- does fantastic work. He remembers everything that’s going on in my life so when I see him, I really feel like I’m visiting an old friend and walking out with the added bonus of a fantastic haircut! 10/10 best hairdresser in the world, from someone who has haircut anxiety!
