Alex's both talented and wonderful. He created the most gorgeous caramel tone blend that i'm in love with. He's knowledgeable and efficient in his work and a real asset to the Southampton branch.

I had a lovely experience at Toni&Guy Southampton today. Ive never been to a T&G salon before and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hairspa treatment was amazing and Hannah who did my hair gave me loads of advise on how to improve it and styled it beautifully. Booked my next appointment before I left!

Both technicians were brilliant and interperated my requirements perfectly

I've been a regular here for around 18 months now for colour (highlights) and cuts and it's always been excellent. Really friendly staff, comfortable, value for money and the coffee is also great! I've recommended to friends and family.

I was made to feel like a princess with my new hair as I left the salon. The team were extremely friendly and accommodating, my hairdresser kept me in the loop at all times as to what she was doing to my hair. I was very happy to pay the price I paid as I felt so at ease and so confident that they will do a great job. I feel like a brand new person with new hair! Thank you so much Toni & Guy X

The whole experience from the moment I entry the salon untill I leave is always amazing! The staff are always polite and happy. The products,that they use,are top. My stylist Rachel is just amazing! I always feel comfortable and confident that the outcome would be miraculous. Very relaxing atmosphere and amazing service. Although there are other Toni&Guy salons around my area I always prefer to do the extra miles and visit the Southampton one.

Had another amazing appt with Alex I never have any issues with my hair. When I walk out of the salon I always feel a million dollars. Thankyou so much Alex x

Love getting my cut & blow dry done by Rachel. She really understands my thick Indian hair & doesnt chop into it / thin it out like most hairdressers I have been to. She always listens to what I want & styles it to perfection every time.

After having long hair and not having my hair cut for around 2 years. I was seeking a rand new style. I knew I did not want a short boy cut or just a short back and sides. The idea was discussed that I could hair shoulder length hair that would be easy to style or tie back if wanted. Just was perfect. I am writing this review after having this new hair style for about 2 days. Very happy with it loads!!! Also being a quiet person I was allowed to remain quiet throughout the shampoo, conditioner, cut and style and only talked when it was essential to express important aspects of the style. It's a young atmosphere which was fairly nice and I liked everyone working at the salon had their very own unique style. First time with Toni and Guy and will make sure that I attend every few months to keep my style fresh and new.

I am very satisfied with my haircut. I strongly recommend Rachel's expertise and holistic approach to customers. I will come back soon.

I emailed early in the week to ask for a last minute appointment as I have 2 wedding receptions today (Saturday) and was amazed at how helpful the staff were! I went in on Wednesday for a skin test ready for my balayage today. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I received nothing but the best treatment! My original colourist had called in sick so I had my hair done by Nicky half an hour after my original appointment and given a free treatment for the trouble. There honestly was no trouble though! I felt very welcome and loved my experience at T&G Southampton! Will definitely return!

I was new to the salon today and have had great service. Alex did my colour and it was just as I wanted. Am very pleased. Hannah trimmed my hair and again did a great job. I'll be back! Many thanks. ?

Alex is a brilliant, receptive and highly skilled hairdresser who's pretty much read my mind as to exactly how I like my hair without me being able to put it into words. Cool but understated. Sophisticated but edgy. Love Toni & Guy Southampton thanks to Alex.

I love Michelle! I've tried countless numbers of hairdressers but very few know how to cut curly hair, But Michelle is Fantastic! She listens, gives her input and it's just an all over lovely experience each time.

Having been a customer of Tony and Guy for many years as I moved around the UK this was my first visit to Southampton - great experience and great cut! Very Happy!

When you spend £48 on a hair cut, your expectations are high. I asked and I did not receive and when questioned it was not rectified, I could have gone to supercuts and got a better hair cut.

Feel like a new woman after a nice chop by Jason - looking forward to a colour later in the week!
